Here is a very good Website tracking the Status of the Vaccine for the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). As of January 5, 2021, a total of 7 Vaccines have already been approved by at least 1 Country. 

Russia’s Sputnik V Vaccine made by Gamaleya Institute and China’s BBIBP-CorV Vaccine made by Sinopharm has already been approved by 4 Countries each. Both can be stored at normal Refrigeration Temperatures.

The United States (US) and Germany’s BNT162b2 (Tozinameran) Vaccine made by Pfizer/BioNTech has been approved by 48 Countries, but require special Storage Requirement of -60 to -80 deg. C. 

China’s other Covid-19 Vaccine, the CoronaVac made by the Chinese Company Sinovac Biotech Ltd is getting more publicity Worldwide, but in reality Sinopharm’s BBIBP-CorV Vaccine is way ahead of it in terms of approvals.
