Bishop calls AFP use of Attack Helicopters as "Overkill", CHR to investigate possible Abuse

There is a Rumor that a certain Somebody who I will not Name made a “Deal” with the Left to attack the Dutertes, and it Terms of Action, everybody can see that it seems to be really true. As a Result of that, the Left and their Sympathizers has now been emboldened to the Point that they are now actively trying to protect the New People’s Army (NPA) again in Public. 

A Bishop of the Catholic Church in San Carlos City in Negros Occidental, Bishop Gerardo Alminaza criticized the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for recently using Airstrikes against a small Band of Rebels in Negros Occidental, calling it a "Disproportionate Act", or in other Words, an "Overkill". 

The Bishop said that it was the first time that such an Airstrike was made in the Negros Island and it caused Panic, Fear, Anxiety and damage to Livelihoods in the nearby Towns. 

As a Result of this, the Director of the Negros Chapter of the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Vincent Parra also recently announced to the Public that they will investigate the AFP for possible Violations of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) for the protection of Civilians and non-Combatants. 

With these Developments, it looks like the AFP is back again to the Days where they are always being put on the defensive in Terms of "Human Rights" Concerns and negative Publicity whenever they go and successfully attack the NPA. 

So it looks like the Php 2 trillion that the Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) Administration intends to buy for the AFP Modernization will only be comfortably used without criticism from the Left and their Sympathizers against "China", they want the AFP to focus only on China and not the NPA.
