The American company ASU Inc. and local company United Defense Manufacturing Corp. (UDMC) is establishing a Joint Venture Facility in the Philippines to repair and maintain all Night Vision Devices (NVD) in the country.
The plan is to eventually have the facility not just repair and maintain NVDs but assemble them also.
