As per the Philippine Navy (PN), the fire on the Main Engine Room of their BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PS-16) Vessel was due to a Lubricant Oil leak, and that one of the Engines will have to undergo repairs for around three Weeks.
Meanwhile the BRP Davao del Sur (LD-602) is on it way to the Philippines with 200,000 pcs. of the donated Face Masks. She is expected to arrive at the Manila South Harbor on May 23, 2020
