How PNoy delayed the Skyway Stage 3 Project

I got sick and tired of all these desperate Dilawan Shi* Fakks who kept thanking former President Benigno Aquino Jr. on the Comments Sections of Social Media Pages for the Skyway Stage 3 Project that President Rodrigo Duterte just completed, hence the reason for me in writing this Article. 

First, the Project was indeed started by AbNoy Panot Aquino in 2014, but the projection then was that it will be completed by 2017. 

However, when the Duterte Administration took over the Project, it was nowhere near completion. In 2017 for example, below was some of the Status of the Project: 

- Not a single one of the 47 National Grid Corporation (NGC) Poles and 1,312 Meralco poles had been relocated

- Site possession for the entire alignment was only at 8.64%

- No Right Of Way (ROW) was acquired for Section 2A and 2B, and ROW for Sections 3 and 4 were only at 2.86% and 5.5% respectively. 

So imagine that, 3 Years into Construction and they were nowhere near completing the damn Project. 

Take note that while the AbNoy Administration was quick to highlight that they started the Project, I don’t remember seeing them post a single Status Report of the Project when they left Office in 2016. 

And here now is the Duterte Administration finally finishing Skyway Stage 3. So “No Thanks to AbNoy Panot, Thank you very much, Digong”. A Strong Government definitely results in a Strong Republic. Tatak Duterte!!
