April 27, 2025: BBM loses Sandy Cay to China despite sucking up to the US, this is China’s Retaliation for allowing US Missiles on Philippine Soil

China has officially seized the "Sandy Cay" Reef and Officers of the China Coast Guard (CCG) symbolically planted the Chinese Flag over it earlier this Month of April 2025. The Reef is called by China as "Tiexian Jiao", and is only 3 km from Pag-Asa Island. 

China claims that Sandy Cay is a Natural Feature and not Man-made which entitles it to a 22 km Territorial Sea under International Law that would make Pag-Asa Island within its Territorial Area.

MY THOUGHTS: 

It is highly ironic that despite Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) constantly sucking up to the United States (US) under his Administration, the Philippines still ended up officially losing another Territory in the South China Sea (SCS). 

So where is the US now, ‘aber’, what will they do? Nothing, just “condemn” China’s Actions, and then nothing more. The Way I see it, this is just Payback by China for all the antagonistic Attitude of the BBM Administration against China. 

This is for activating and expanding the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) with the US, and allowing so many US Missile Systems on Philippine Soil, like the Typhon Mid-Range Capability (MRC), Navy-Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) and Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS), all of which will be used in the defense of Taiwan against China. 

In the End, all those US Troops and Missiles in the Philippines are NOTHING in Terms of “Deterring” or keeping China from occupying our Territories in the SCS, because the US simply won’t interfere with our Territorial Disputes, and Proof of that is what’s happening now. 

Where are those Pinoy Doggies of the US now who insisted that US Troops and Missiles in the Philippines will “deter” China? Does China look “deterred” now? On the other Hand, former President Rodrigo Duterte who was quite friendly with China NEVER officially lost any Territory, especially not to China ...

April 17, 2025: Australian Article says Philippines should give US Ownership in Companies and Trade Concessions for Security Guarantees in the SCS

The Lowy Institute, which also has a News Publication that is based in Australia, recently published an Article saying that the Philippines should follow Ukraine's Example of giving the United States (US) its Mineral Rights in exchange for Wartime Aid. 

The Article said that the Philippines could ask for Security Assistance from the US to protect Oil and Gas Projects in the South China Sea (SCS) in exchange for giving the US Preferential Trade Agreements, or Ownership in Philippine owned Companies.

MY NOTES: 

I just shake my Head at the utter st*p*dity that some other Filipinos can come up with when it comes to issues in the SOUTH CHINA SEA (SCS), like the one who wrote this Article. The most sensible Thing to do here would be to simply DEAL with China for Joint Exploration of that Area. 

However, Pinoy Dogs insist that China recognizes the Philippines Sovereign Rights in the Area and surrender their Claims there first. Of course China is not going to do that, and anybody who thinks otherwise is a fakking M*r*n. 

China is willing to have an arrangement where the Sovereign Rights of both Countries are not properly defined so a Joint Development could take Place, but of course the US and their Pinoy Dogs don't want that, they insist on a "Take it or Leave it" Approach when doing explorations in that Area. 

The Article ASSUMES that Joint Patrols between the Philippines and US would be enough to keep China from challenging any such explorations there, but again, this is just an ASSUMPTION, and a st*p*d one at that. 

China likely is willing to go to War over that Area than see any Drillings done without their Involvement. It's as simple as that. And the US itself knows this, this is why this "Suggestion" is not coming from them but instead from the Philippines. 

I also found it ironic that the Article mentioned “Ukraine”, because that is exactly how the US envisions the Philippines to be: Just another Sacrificial Battleground to be sacrificed in the Altar of the US’ Geopolitical Interests

April 2, 2025: Palawan Fisherfolk complain that US Exercises in SCS lowers their Catches, destroys the Environment, drags Philippines into War

A Group of Fisherfolk from Palawan anonymously reported to "The Manila Times (TMT)" News Publication how the presence of United States (US) Military Assets in the South China Sea (SCS) is disrupting their Livelihoods in the Area. 

Quoting the Fishermen, which said in Filipino but translated to English here: "We are not Soldiers, but we are the first Casualties in this Conflict. Every time there is a Military Exercise, we lose access to Traditional Fishing Grounds. Explosions in the Sea drive away Fish, and Pollution resulting from Military Drills poisons the Waters. It's destroying our Livelihood." 

They also said that Live Ammunition Drills cause Irreparable Environmental Damage, and that Missile Fragments, Gunpowder and Fuel Spills disrupt Marine Ecosystems, harming Coral Reefs and depleting Fish Stocks.

This results in lower Volume of their Catches, further worsening their Economic Hardships. They also complained about how the US thru these Exercises is dragging the Philippines into a Geopolitical Conflict with China. 

Quoting again the Fisherfolk: "The United States is using the Philippines as a Pawn against China, but what do we get in return? We get harassment at Sea, tighter restrictions on where we can Fish, and an Economy that keeps getting worse. We want Jobs, not War. We want Long-Term Solutions, not Band-Aid Aid Packages".

"We demand Peace, not Provocation. We demand a future where we can fish freely, without fear".

March 28, 2025: Philippines still can’t seem to make the new US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth use the “West Philippine Sea (WPS)” Term up to now

To Bong Bong Marcos (BBM), the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine Department of National Defense (DND):

Please tell your beloved United States (US) Idols to use your equally beloved “West Philippine Sea (WPS)” Term. The new US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is still using the Term “South China Sea (SCS)” in his latest Statements. 

In Fact, I have not seen a single sitting US Government Official use that “Wips-Wips” Term in any of their Official Statements. If you can’t even convince your closest Allies and Masters to use that “Wips-Wips”, then what the heck ...
