PAF Super Tucano Delivery delayed

A bit of bad news as the delivery of the A-29 Super Tucano aircraft of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) has been delayed by at least two months.

Previous news reports said that deliveries were supposed to start by December 2019 and completed by February 2020, but the new schedule says that the deliveries will instead start around the end of February 2020. No reason has been given for the delay in schedule.

Embraer has a good product with their Super Tucanos, but their delivery of the aircraft to Indonesia also suffered some delays as reported back in 2014.
