The Philippine Navy is finally unveiling Marcos’ Rocket Programs

A Facebook Page called Past and Curious (click here to access it) is now slowly unveiling facts about former President Ferdinand Marcos’ Rocket Programs by putting out Infographics about them every couple of Days.

Some of the Facts they revealed are different from the ones in the Blog I did (click here) about the Marcos Rockets back in 2015. Like the Diameter of the Bong-Bong II Rockets for example which I put at 152 mm but the Page says was at 180 mm.

But since this Page seem to be endorsed officially by the Philippine Navy (PN), then I think they have the definitive and correct information about the Rockets.

The Page describes itself as, “the official History Archive of Naval Sea Systems Command and of Naval Research and Technology Development Center, Cavite City”, and the PN Logo and the Naval R&TD Center is present on each of the Infographics they made.

When I made that Blog in 2015, there weren’t much official sources for the Marcos Rockets, some of the details I had to try to just piece together whenever I can. Anyway, I am glad that after a long, long time, the Government is finally setting the record straight about Marcos’ Rocket Programs.

I am hoping that they will also finally unveil to the Public soon what seemed to be the Bong-Bong Rockets that I saw at the Naval Station Pascual Ledesma in Cavite City back in 2015.

I was unable to provide any Picture evidence then because there were signs on the Walls near the Rockets that says taking Pictures were strictly prohibited, and I didn’t want to be detained at a Military Camp just for doing so.
