The Philippine Navy is finally unveiling Marcos’ Rocket Programs

The Bukang Liwayway Rocket Launcher. The Screenshot is from a Video of the mitch romero Account on Youtube.

A Facebook Page called Past and Curious (click here to access it) is now slowly unveiling facts about former President Ferdinand Marcos’ Rocket Programs by putting out Infographics about them every couple of Days.

Some of the Facts they revealed are different from the ones in the Blog I did (click here) about the Marcos Rockets back in 2015. Like the Diameter of the Bong-Bong II Rockets for example which I put at 152 mm but the Page says was at 180 mm.

The first-ever civilian, high-powered Hybrid Rocket Project in the Philippines called the “Tala Hybrid Rocket Research Project" is being built by High School Students and their Mentors from St. Cecilia’s College Cebu

Their goal is to eventually deploy Can Satellites (CanSat) at an altitude of a couple of thousand meters. CanSats are simulations of real Satellites, they are around the size of a Softdrink Can. The Project is supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)
