As I had posted about recently, China so far has been the Philippines’ main and most reliable source of Vaccines for the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), sending 2 million CoronaVac doses in 3 deliveries so far.
The only other Vaccine that has arrived are AstraZeneca’s AZD1222 Vaccine thru the COVAX Facility of which only 525,600 doses have been sent in 2 deliveries. Meanwhile, their next delivery of 979,200 doses have been DELAYED for 2 Weeks now.
The “Swarming” problem has been periodically used as Anti-China Propaganda a number of times in the past couple of Years now, every now and then somebody would just suddenly complain about “Swarming”.
The Spratlys Islands is DISPUTED, meaning other Countries are claiming it also so naturally there will ALWAYS be other Fishing Vessels there whether we like it or not unless the dispute is settled or solved. It’s as simple as that.
Even for those Features in the Spratlys Islands that are within the Philippines’ Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), other Countries will have their own justifications for being there.
If we have our claims than Vietnam also is claiming that they legally claimed the Spratlys Islands in the 1930s while China claims that the area has been their traditional Fishing Ground for a long time now.
We have NO Historical Claims on those Islands, but after they were occupied, it suddenly is all “Sovereignty-Sovereignty” now while nobody talks about Sabah which Malaysia stole from us and Pugad Island which Vietnam stole from us also.
Remember that ‘NAKIKIAGAW lang tayo diyan’ (We are just claiming Territories there) because of the supposed rich Natural Resources there such as Oil and Gas.
Their hope is to anger China into reacting negatively towards its Vaccine Shipments to the Philippines. If that happens, then it will have severe consequences for the Duterte Administration.
Take note that the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 Vaccine made by the Americans and Germans was the VERY FIRST Vaccine to be approved by the Philippines back in January 2021, and yet 3 Months later NOT A SINGLE DELIVERY has been made to us yet.
China meanwhile has been the Philippines’ FIRST and MAIN Supplier as of now of Covid-19 Vaccines.
But Lockdowns have severe effects on the Economy and eventually the People, something which again could be used against the Government. Now China so far has been the Philippines’ most reliable and main source of Covid-19 Vaccines.
But it seems that the Americans and their Filipino Servant Dogs are now attacking China on Propaganda about the SCS, probably hoping to anger China and delay or maybe even cut off their Vaccine Supply, which will of course mean a lot more trouble for the Duterte Administration.
Let’s hope that China will just ignore these moro*s and have patience in general with the Philippines and their good relationship with the Duterte Administration and continue to provide those Vaccines on time.
Russia is set to make the first delivery of their Sputnik V Vaccine this Month (April 2021), they are scheduled to deliver a total of 3 million doses. Let’s hope they really do that so we will have an alternate Source and more Vaccines.
