Grace Poe and Risa Hontiveros should ask the Americans to provide Infra Loans to the Philippines

The “American First, Filipino Second” that is Grace Poe and American Worshiper Risa Hontiveros recently questioned the Department of Transport (DoTr) why it partnered with China for some Railway Projects instead of Japan. 

Well the way I see it is because first, Japan is a Rich Country but even they have limitations in providing Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) to us. They are already our biggest ODA Provider, but even them cannot provide ALL of our ODA requirements. 

Besides, again Japan is rich, but China is way richer, their Economy as measured by their Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is at least three times larger than that of Japan. 

Second, why are these two American Worshippers talking about Japan, and not the United States (US) which they admire so much? Why can’t they go and ask their American Idols to be the ones to give ODA to us? 

Oh, I forgot, because the US doesn’t do that. So here they are, barking against China on behalf of the US when in fact the US itself cannot do or replace what China does for us. Talk about “Stup1d1ty”.
