Facebook has started Shadow Banning Content

It seems Sass Sassot's "For The Motherland" Page is now also being Shadow Banned by Facebook. I used to see her Posts all the time on my News Feed, but now only rarely.

The only time I can see most of her Posts now is if I intentionally go to her Page itself and scroll down on it. The Engagements on most of her Posts are also noticeably down a lot, especially for a Page with over 900k Followers.

The same is happening with the different Pages of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) units, again I don’t see them as often anymore on my Feed.

Wikipedia described the Term "Shadow Banning" best when they wrote about it as, "…  also called Stealth Banning, Hellbanning, Ghost Banning or Comment Ghosting, is the Practice of blocking or partially blocking a User or the User's Content from some Areas of an online Community in such a way that the ban is not readily apparent to the User".

This is definitely a Form of Censorship wherein certain types of Content or Topics they don't agree with are being intentionally less exposed, while Others that they favor are given more exposure.

It seems the Woke Culture that used to be on Twitter has now moved on to Facebook. I started noticing this Trend during the last several Months, particularly lately. It seems to have started here in the Philippines after Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) won the Presidential Elections earlier this Year. 

This could be the reason why the Pinklawans seem so confident even after their Bet Lenidoro lost badly in the last Elections, they are now counting on Facebook’s Censorship in favor of them to help them win in the next Elections. 

Because of these negative developments on Facebook and the positive developments on Twitter after Elon Musk's takeover there, I have decided to go back and Tweet full time on Twitter again. I urge everyone to follow me there at https://twitter.com/PhilDefNews
