Updates from Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana on the Hermes Drones from Israel:
* Two Hermes 450 Drones were received in August 2019
* Two Hermes 450 Drones were received in August 2019
* A total of three Hermes 450 and nine Hermes 900 Drones have been acquired for Php 8 billion.
* Deliveries for the remaining Hermes 450 and nine Hermes 900 Drones to continue this year and until next year (2020).
* These first two Hermes Drones are going to be deployed in Palawan or Sulu.
* These Hermes Drones are for the Philippine Air Force (PAF), the Philippine Navy (PN) will have their own set of Drones.
* A total of 530 smaller Drones have been bought by the Department of National Defense (DND) for the armed forces' Tactical Units, Battalions and Brigades.
