Hanwha's "Link P" TDL for the Rizal class Frigates

Hanwha Systems reportedly developed a new Tactical Data Link (TDL) standard called "Link P" for the Jose Rizal class Frigates. I wonder if the "P" there stands for "Philippines". The new standard is reportedly very secure, which is a very good thing.

However, from the Senate Hearings about the Jose Rizal class Frigates, Hanhwa did reportedly agree with the Philippine Navy to make their Naval Shield (NS) Combat Management System (CMS) compatible to the Link 16 TDL standard.

Link 16 is the TDL standard used by the US and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries, so having that capability means we will be able to share and collect data with US and NATO forces.

This Link P will be a good supplement to Link 16 if necessary, but in the end since both sides agreed to have Link 16 compatibility with the NS then it should be ensured that it be done also.
