Just more details from the Article by the Philippine News Agency (PNA) regarding the recent crash of the S-70i Black Hawk Helicopter of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) in Tarlac during a Night Flight Training:
* The Aircraft that crashed was from the first Batch of six Black Hawk Helicopters that arrived in November last Year (2020)

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana recently told The Philippine Star that more S-70i Black Hawk Combat Transport Helicopters of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) will be delivered in the next couple of Months.
Quoting Lorenzana in the Article, "Five helicopters will be delivered in July and five more in September"

As per Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana in his Interview with the Inquirer News Publication, the actual number of Black Hawk Helicopters approved by President Rodrigo Duterte is not just 15 but as many as 32.
Lorenzana said that the Yearly Payment can be covered by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Modernization Fund and Funds from the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).

The Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) is against the Government’s plan to purchase more Black Hawk Helicopters for the Philippine Air Force (PAF), saying that the Money would be better spent on Health and the Economy.
What the ACT won’t tell People is that the Education Sector is already getting top priority in the Government’s Budget since the 1987 Constitution was enacted, and that’s because that Constitution mandated it.

* The Acceptance and Blessing of the first 6 S-70i units that arrived last Month (November 2020) will be made on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Clark Airport in Pampanga.

The Department of National Defense (DND) has finally issued some Statements about the arrival of the S-70i Black Hawk Helicopters for the Philippine Air Force (PAF) from Poland, and these are:
* The delivery of one S-70i will indeed be by Sea, but contrary to some Reports from the Polish Press, it was not delivered in August 2020 and will instead will arrive in the Philippines by December 2020.

According to the Polish Press, PZL Mielec announced during the International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO held in Poland last September 2020 that the first S-70i Black Hawk Helicopter for the Philippine Air Force (PAF) was delivered by Ship.

The An-124 Ruslan Transport Aircraft that is likely carrying the 5 S-70i Black Hawk Helicopters of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) is departed Kuwait yesterday at around 1845H of their local time as per the various Flight Tracking Smartphone applications like Flight Aware and AirNav RadarBox.
Its destination is not stated, but its Flight Track puts it as heading for the Philippines. Currently it has passed Vietnam and will reach the Philippines soon.

The Antonov An-124 Ruslan Transport Aircraft earlier reported by the official Facebook Page of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila as the one carrying the 5 S-70i Black Hawk Helicopters of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) seems to be the one with Aircraft Registration Code UR-82072.
It is the only An-124 that flew out of Rzeszow, Poland yesterday (November 7, 2020) as per the various Flight Tracking apps like Flight Aware and the AirNav RadarBox. It arrived there earlier from Kiev in the Ukraine. It arrived in Kuwait from Poland earlier today (November 8, 2020).
