The Notice to Proceed for the Tank Gunnery Simulator Project of the Philippine Army

The Department of National Defense (DND) recently posted on their Website the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the Tank Gunnery Simulator Project of the Philippine Army (PA) back in April 2020. 

The NTP was issued to the Singaporean company Wolfberry Asia Pte Ltd and the Indonesian company PT Indocertes. The Contract Price is worth Php 36.1 million or Usd 752k at the Exchange Rate of Usd 1 = Php 48. 

Tank Gunnery Simulator Awarded to Wolfberry Asia Pte Ltd and PT Indocertes

After two failed bids, the Contract for the Philippine Army’s (PA) Tank Gunnery Simulator has finally been awarded to the Joint Venture of the Singaporean company Wolfberry Asia Pte Ltd and the Indonesian company PT Indocertes.

The Contract is worth Php 36.1 million (Usd 708k) which is lower by Php 100k than the budget and the Notice of Award (NOA) was released last December 2019. The link to the NOA can be accessed here: Notice of Award for the Procurement of the Tank Gunnery Simulator

PA Tank Gunnery Simulator Project first Bidding failed, up for Rebid

Unfortunately the first bidding for the Philippine Army’s (PA) Tank Gunnery Simulator Project held last August 2019 failed, but it is up for rebidding next month (November 2019). The Project aims to acquire one Tank Gunnery Simulator with a budget of Php 36.2 million.
