Notice to Proceed for the Phl Army’s Tank Gunnery Simulator released

The Notice to Proceed for the Tank Gunnery Simulator Project of the Philippine Army

The Department of National Defense (DND) recently posted on their Website the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the Tank Gunnery Simulator Project of the Philippine Army (PA) back in April 2020. 

The NTP was issued to the Singaporean company Wolfberry Asia Pte Ltd and the Indonesian company PT Indocertes. The Contract Price is worth Php 36.1 million or Usd 752k at the Exchange Rate of Usd 1 = Php 48. 

The Notice of Award (NOA) for the Project was issued to them 4 Months earlier in December 2019.
