After two failed bids, the Contract for the Philippine Army’s (PA) Tank Gunnery Simulator has finally been awarded to the Joint Venture of the Singaporean company Wolfberry Asia Pte Ltd and the Indonesian company PT Indocertes.
The Contract is worth Php 36.1 million (Usd 708k) which is lower by Php 100k than the budget and the Notice of Award (NOA) was released last December 2019. The link to the NOA can be accessed here: Notice of Award for the Procurement of the Tank Gunnery Simulator
