The AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopters donated by Jordan has arrived as per National Security Adviser (NSA) Hermogenes Esperon Jr.
These however still need to be reassembled and aren't expected to be operational until the end of December 2019.

As per previous news reports, these Cobra Helicopters were initially expected to have arrived last July 2019, but then was moved to end of 2019.
Then moved back up to September 2019, moved down again to early 2020 before finally arriving this month (November 2019).
