It looks like the possible PJ-10 BrahMos deal between the Philippines and India is still on as India’s Ambassador to the Philippines said that both Countries are still in talks about it.
Previous News Reports said that the Contract Signing was supposed be last month (April 2020), but it was cancelled due to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic.
It seems that the deal is just waiting for the Travel Bans to be lifted in both Countries so face to face negotiations can resume. India reportedly offered a Usd 100 million loan for Defense purchases, but the Philippines in exploring the option to use its own money instead.
