China should invest in Areas of the Philippines that are Friendly to them

So recently a Chinese Businessman named Zhang Hong Bo wanted to invest Usd 20 billion to reclaim Land off the Coast of Cavite and establish a Freeport there. I absolutely love the Project, I mean a Usd 20 billion Freeport? Just imagine the amount of Progress that will bring to the Province of Cavite. 

However, I have my doubts that it will ever push thru mainly because since it is a Chinese Project, the American A$$ Kissers or the Filipino Dogs of the Americans will just attack it and Intrigue it, just like they did when Chinese Companies tried to put up a Plan to turn Sangley Point into a Major International Airport. 

That Project was attacked so much that the Local Government of Cavite was forced to shelve it. That Project is continuing thru though, but not with Chinese Investors but with South Korean Investors AFAIK.

I will be frank, it will be labeled by American Dogs and their stup1d Conspiracy Theories as just another Ploy by China to establish a “Base” in Cavite. They will do that, as they did with the Sangley Project when it was supported by China.   

I am willing to give them the Benefit of the Doubt, who knows, maybe these American Dogs will come to their Senses and stop attacking it so the People will benefit from such a huge Project. 

But if not as I expected, then perhaps China and Chinese Businessmen should be a bit more prudent next time. Why not invest in Provinces that are friendlier to them instead? The Projects might not be as big in terms of Feasibility if done elsewhere, but at least they will push thru and not end up being just a Pipe Dream.

Why not try the Provinces of Ilocos for example, the Province of the current President Bong Bong Marcos? Or how about Davao, the Province of former President Rodrigo Duterte? China should look for Places in the Philippines where they will be welcomed better.
