If China agrees to resupply Construction Materials to the BRP Sierra Madre in exchange for Joint Military Exercises, then the Philippines should agree to it

ORF: China-Philippines Relations: Will Joint Military Exercises improve Ties?

This Article from the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) Website is suggesting that the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) agree to a Joint Military Exercise by China to reduce Tensions between the two Countries. 

All I can say is, if China will agree that they will not block the sending of Construction Materials to the BRP Sierra Madre (LT-57) at Ayungin Shoal in exchange for such Exercises, then I say the Philippines should go with it. 

However, it is very likely that the United States (US) and Filipinos with shallow Brains that are acting as Dogs to the US will PROVOKE and even SHAME the AFP against such a deal, so it will be up to the AFP if they are willing to fight that or just give in to it. 

Remember that when the Joint Exercises were first suggested by China, the US and their Pinoy Dogs went into action, first with the US protesting the presence of Chinese Companies in the Reclamation of Manila Bay, followed by the Water Cannoning Incident at Ayungin Shoal. 

That is the kind of Opposition that the AFP will be against with in any dealings with China, and one that will turn the Philippines into the US’ PROXY in their War against China
