EDCA Bases justifies Preemptive Attack by China or North Korea on the Philippines

The Asian Century Journal (ACJ) discussed recently how the presence of the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) Bases of the United States (US) is courting and in fact justifying a Preemptive Attack by China or North Korea on the Philippines

Quoting from the Article: “A State (China or North Korea) may launch an Attack preemptively against another (the Philippines) if it perceives there is an Imminent Threat (coming from the American EDCA bases).”
