Just taking a closer look at the proposed Infrastructure Projects in Cagayan that Governor Manuel Mamba is asking China’s help to build which involves the construction of an International Standard Seaport in Aparri and an International Standard Airport in Piat which will then be connected by a Railway System. 

Gov. Mamba’s Vision is to turn his Province into an International Gateway using these Projects. From the Map we can see how the Setup will be like. The Road Distance from Piat to Aparri is around 136 km, but the Straight Line distance between the two Cities is actually only around 67 km, so the Railway connecting them should be around near that Number. 

I am all for this Project but again, anything by China in Luzon is always being SABOTAGED by the United States (US) and their Filipino Doggies, just like what happened with China’s involvements in the Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA) and the Manila Bay Reclamation Projects.

Good if the US will takeover this Project but NO, they never do that, but will GLADLY see the Philippines end up being EMPTY HANDED than benefit from China’s Generosity.
