August 24, 2025: BBM already spent Php 1 trillion in Flood Control Programs but still ineffective, same as funding four Bataan-Cavite Bridges
The Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) had already spent Php 1 trillion from 2023 to 2025, or an average of Php 333 billion per Year for Flood Control Projects, and yet as everyone can see, it is still very much ineffective as every time there is a major Storm, the Streets still end up being flooded.
Just for comparison, that Php 1 trillion would’ve been enough to buy not just one, not just two, but FOUR Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridges, which costs “only” around Php 219 billion. And yet instead most if not all were just lost to Corruption under his Administration.
And don’t get me started on the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ (AFP) Modernization Program, which BBM promised to spend Php 2 trillion on, but actually allocated only Php 28 to 35 billion of guaranteed programmed appropriations or sure funding per Year in the last three Years.

July 16, 2025: Beverly Hills Police Department only sending Letters instead of the Actual Police Report about Paolo Tantoco’s Death
The Net25 News Organization of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) Church recently requested the Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) of a Copy of the Police Report surrounding the Death of Paolo Tantoco at the Beverly Hills Hotel in the United States (US) last March of 2025.
However, instead of sending it, the BHPD just sent a Letter dated July 15, 2025 containing the said Details of the Police Report. The Letter did not mention any Reference to the Cause of Death of Tantoco, nor did it mention the Name of the First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos.
The BHPD has been doing the same also to all Requests as of now by Organizations and Individuals, sending Letters instead of a Copy of the Police Report.
Here is the Link where I got the original Images: https://web.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10162222941394930&id=537534929&rdid=LWjTUL6AQHIewg4c#
MY THOUGHTS:
The Fact that the BHPD is just sending out Letters instead of actual Copies of the Report is Critical because it means they could’ve edited out for whatever Reason some Details that were in the Report itself.
The BHPD does mention in their Letters that they are “not required” to release the actual Reports to some Individuals and Organizations, but this also means that they CAN release the Report if they want to. So I am asking and hope on Behalf of the Filipino People and for the Sake of Transparency that they will release the Report itself instead of just Letters.
However, as it stands now, there is no Official Document from the US Government confirming the Cause of Tantoco’s Death as due to Cocaine Overdose, and no Confirmation about the Rumors of the First Lady being questioned about the Incident, and this Situation of course favors the Marcoses as of now.

July 12, 2025: Paolo Tantoco confirmed to have Died due to Cocaine Overdose, was with the First Lady Liza Marcos’ Group when he went to the US
The Los Angeles (LA) County Medical Examiner's Office finally revealed recently the Cause of Death of Paolo Tantoco at the Beverly Hills Hotel last March 8, 2025, and it was due to Cocaine Overdose. Paolo is a Member of the Tantoco Family who owns the famous High-End, Luxury Chain of Retail Stores known as "Rustan's".
He was with the Group of the First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos when he went to the United States (US) in March, and his Wife, Dina Arroyo, is the Deputy Social Secretary in the current Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM).

MY THOUGHTS:
I think most of you have already seen this Piece of News by now, but I want to make sure that it reaches as many People as possible. I also wanted to have it as a Reference on my Blog for future use. More Details about his Incident has reportedly not been released yet as of now, but will likely be later.
This Incident is Critical as it seems like it was the Reason why some People panicked and forced the Kidnapping and Spoon feeding of former President Rodrigo Duterte to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Early on as a Child, like many Visayan Kids I was already taught the Phrase, ‘Ang Gaba, dili Musaba’, which means “God’s Wrath comes Unexpectedly” in English. I am an Agnostic now, but I still feel that this unexpected Event with Paolo also applies, but not to him, but to the People surrounding him and who were with him when he died ...
June 30, 2025: More than Php 1 trillion worth of Foreign funded Projects are now delayed by more than three Years under the BBM Administration
The Economist and former Congressman Joey Salceda recently revealed that based on Data from the "Portfolio Review" of the Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) of the Philippines, our Country now has over Php 1 trillion worth of Delayed Projects.
"ODAs" are Loans or Grants/Donations given by Foreign Countries for various Projects in the Philippines. The Philippines' ODA Funds is worth Usd 39.61 billion of which majority or 62% are for Infrastructure Projects.
Also out that Usd 39.61 billion, 72% or Usd 28.52 billion have been DELAYED already, and assuming an Exchange Rate of Php 56.63 per Dollar, then that's around Php 1.6 trillion. Worse is that those Projects have been delayed at an average of 39 months or 3 1/4 Years already.
MY THOUGHTS:
I think most of you have read about this News already, but I wanted to reiterate this, and also put this as a Reference already for my Blogs. So imagine that, these Projects would’ve and should’ve been finished by now since this Administration of the Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) is already three Years old also.
Worse is that with three Years left in Office, it is unlikely that most, if any, of these Projects will be completed when BBM steps down from Office (assuming he does) in 2028. And even worse, remember that these are FOREIGN LOAN or DONATIONS, so what will the Countries who gave us those will think that we are just wasting their Money?
This is one of the Proof and Legacy of just how incompetent this Government really is. Again, it really is the same as the Administration of the ‘AbNoy’ ...

May 5, 2025: Bicol and Mindanao Railways on Hold without China Loans, US refuses to take their Place, wants Philippines to buy F-16s instead
- Yung total ng Bicol at Mindanao Railway na delayed e Php 258 bilyon lang habang yung 20 na F-16 e Php 312 bilyon, mas mahal pa
No less than the Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTR) himself, Vince Dizon told the Press recently that there is no more Timeline for the completion of the South Long Haul (SLH) and Phase One of the Mindanao Railway Project (MRP) after the funding of these Projects was cancelled.
China was supposed to fund these two Railway Lines, but the Loan Application for them was withdrawn by Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) himself two Years ago in 2023 due to Lack of Progress in the Discussions and disagreement over the Interest Rate for the Loan.
France and India have reportedly expressed Interest in funding the Projects, but nothing concrete has materialized yet as of now. The SLH is 557 km long and will stretch from Sucat in Muntinlupa to Matnog in Sorsogon, and will cost Php 176 billion.
The MRP on the other hand will cost Php 82 billion and will be from Tagum in Davao del Norte to Digos in Davao del Sur.
You can access the Article itself at the “PhilStar Global” Website at: https://www.philstar.com/business/2025/05/05/2440514/no-funding-no-timeline-bicol-mindanao-rails-hang-balance
MY THOUGHTS:
Imagine that, those two Projects has been delayed for TWO LONG YEARS now ever since we set aside China’s Loan Offer, and the United States (US) nor its Allies has NOT been able to take China’s Place up to now.
And no doubt that BBM’s switch to an Anti-China, Pro-US Stance definitely factored into that failed Deal with China.
Worse is the Fact instead of helping us with those Railway Projects, the US wants us to buy their F-16C/D Fighting Falcon Block 70 Fighter Aircraft instead, which are actually a LOT more expensive than those two Railway Projects, COMBINED.
The SLH and MRP only cost a combined total of Php 258 billion, but those 20 F-16s that the US is offering cost around Php 312 billion, or Php 54 billion more. This is just one of the many Examples of how much a Failure this current Government of BBM has been so far.
April 14, 2025: Japanese Nationals being targeted with Robbery at Gunpoint in Makati and BGC, more than 20 Cases already since October 2024
Japanese Nationals in Metro Manila are now being targeted with Robberies, particularly in the Makati and Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Areas, and their "Modus Operandi" or "Mode of Operation" seems to be more or less the same: They usually ride in Motorcycles and target Japanese Citizens walking along the Street who they threaten with Firearms to give away their Cash and Valuables.
There are now 20 similar Incidents in Makati since October of last Year of 2024, and the Crimes usually occurred at the Little Tokyo, Greenbelt and Ayala Triangle Garden Areas. And it's not just in Makati, two Japanese Nationals in BGC were also robbed during an Afternoon of Php 26,000 worth of Cash and some Gadgets.
The Japanese Men were walking around 34th and 35th Streets in BGC when two men on a Motorcycle stopped them and threatened them with a Gun to give away their Money and an iPad.
MY NOTES:
These series of Crimes are not being reported by the major News Publications in the Philippines based on the Google Search I did recently, notice that it was the smaller Publications, “Politiko” and “Manila Shimbun” that reported it.
But remember how these Philippine Main Stream Media (MSM) constantly attacked the Rodrigo Duterte Administration before, every single Day, Day in and Day out for six Years, and suddenly they are now turning quiet.
That is how corrupt and selfish they have become, they likely have been paid off, and also it seems they would rather see this Country go to Hell than have Sara Duterte become President. Remember what they are doing now, hopefully there will be a reckoning for them sooner or later.
As for the deteriorating Peace and Order Situation in the Country, this is expected as this current Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) has been focusing on silencing its Critics by weaponizing Law Enforcement Organizations to go against them instead of going after real Criminals, so the Result is what we now have.

April 10, 2025: Three major Business Groups condemn the BBM Government for the deteriorating Peace and Order Situation in the Philippines
No less than three major Philippine Business Groups recently released a Joint Statement condemning the Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) for its inability to maintain the Peace and Order Situation in the Philippines.
The three Groups were the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) and the Philippine Exporters Confederation (PhilExport).
The Groups in their Statement called out the BBM Government's "Empty Platitudes” and “Bureaucratic inertia” and demanded that Justice be served immediately without delay. Quoting from their Statement: "These aren’t just random Acts of Violence, these are Signs of a much deeper Problem. No more Excuses. No more talking in Circles. We need swift and relentless Justice, not more waiting around.”
These Statements came after the recent Kidnapping of Businessman Anson Que and his Driver, and then their subsequent Murder despite their Families paying for their Ransom. Earlier this Year, the Teenage Son of a rich Family was kidnapped in Metro Manila along with his Driver.
The Boy was returned after the Ransom was paid, but not before one of his Fingers was cut off, and after his Driver was murdered. The Criminals who committed these two separate Kidnappings and Murders have not been caught as of this writing.

April 9, 2025: Rich Chinese-Filipino killed despite paying Ransom, after kidnapping and mutilation of rich Chinese-Filipino Teenager earlier
CRIME is definitely getting worse in this Country of ours under this Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM), this after another High-Profile Kidnapping happened recently. Anson Que, a Chinese-Filipino who owns the Company "Elison Steel" in Valenzuela, was found dead together with his Driver in Rizal recently.
His Family confirmed that they had paid Ransom Money for his release, but the Kidnappers nevertheless still killed him anyway. Some Reports said that the Ransom paid was Php 160 million, but this is unconfirmed.
Que and his Driver were placed inside a Nylon Bag and their Faces were wrapped in Duct Tape. There are also conflicting Reports on where he was kidnapped, some said it was in Bulacan while another said that it was in a Restaurant along Macapagal Avenue in Pasay City.
The Car that Que was riding on, an expensive Lexus LM350 was found abandoned in Quezon City. This Incident follows another High-Profile Kidnapping earlier this Year of 2025 when a Chinese-Filipino Teenage Boy was kidnapped at the British School Manila in Taguig.
The Driver who was with the Boy was killed while the Kidnappers cut off one of the Boy's Fingers before abandoning him along Macapagal Ave., reportedly after Ransom was paid for his release. The Kidnappers in that Case were never caught or apprehended, and now we have another one.
This Government seems to be just busy going after “Bloggers” and former Presidents like Digong, but is unable to catch actual, vicious Criminals like these Kidnappers who are now not only earning a lot of Money, but also are getting braver.

April 3, 2025: Philippines to borrow Usd 5.58 billion for F-16s instead of getting another Bridge like the Usd 3.83 billion Bataan-Cavite Bridge
The Philippines' Ambassador the United States (US) Jose Manuel Romualdez said recently that they plan to ask for a Long Term Loan to buy 20 brandnew F-16 Fighter Aircraft and other Defense Equipment from the US Government.
He said that they will soon be discussing the Terms of the Loan with the US. He also said that if the Deal pushes through, the F-16s will be delivered in several Batches just like the Philippines' acquisition of the S-70i Black Hawk Helicopters.
MY NOTES:
Ambassador Romualdez, who actually acts more like the US’ Ambassador to the Philippines, is referring to the recent offer of the US to the Philippines of 20 F-16C/D Fighting Falcon Block 70/72 Fighter Aircraft that is worth Usd 5.58 billion.
That’s Php 319 billion by the Way, assuming an Exchange Rate of Php 57.17 per US Dollar. Note that the proposed Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge which is 32 km long and is set to be the longest Bridge in the Philippines cost much less than that, only Php 219 billion or around Usd 3.83 billion.
Put it another Way, the Railway Line that China helped fund and build for Laos costs about as much as these F-16 Aircraft, around Usd 6 billion. But that Railway is 414 km long, with around 75 Tunnels and 157 Bridges, and Trains that can run up to 160 kph.
So, instead of spending on our much-needed Infrastructure, we will instead borrow Money to buy such expensive Aircraft that probably won’t be able to get off the Ground if they, their Airbases and their Runways are destroyed by Chinese Missiles anyway in times of War.
When it comes to the US, we really can’t expect anything from them aside from War, War and more WAR!!! I am just shaking my Head for our beloved Philippines right now under this 'Bangag' Administration ...

February 17, 2025: Philippine Congress is suggesting that they should have a say on which Weapons and Equipment to buy for the AFP
The Congressional Policy and Budget Research Department (CPBRD) of the Philippine Congress recently released a 23-page Discussion Paper saying in Part that the Philippines' Lawmakers should exercise their Oversight Powers over the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) by checking if their Planned Purchases are in Line with the Country's "Stragetic Needs" to prevent "Wasteful Spending".
The Paper said, "It must be ensured that vital Budgetary Resources are spent wisely on the Right Arms, Equipment and Hardware in the First Place. The AFP’s Modernization should not be hinged on a mere ‘Wish List of Equipment,’ but on a proper Decision-making Process… that would identify their Strategic Needs.”
MY NOTES:
I think this is just a Cover to give the excuse to allow Congress to have a Part in which Weapons and Equipment to buy. First of all, I don't think it is the Job of Congress to oversee how the AFP is spending its Money, unless they have good Cause that some irregularity is taking Place.
Even then, it should be first the Executive Department who should be doing that, ahead of the Legislators. Second, allowing the Lawmakers powers to decline or approve AFP purchases will likely only attract corruption as Defense Companies will end up lobbying to them to have their Products approved for purchase.
Remember that the Budget of the AFP to buy these Weapons and Equipment are in the hundreds of billions of Pesos, so there are a lot of "Opportunity" for corruption there. Lastly, as far as I know there hasn't been any Scandal or Intrigue involving the AFP's purchases lately, and the AFP has a very high Trust and Approval Ratings based on the latest Surveys that I saw.
Just let the AFP do its Job then, let them decide what to buy, they should know best what Weapons and Equipment that they need, there is nothing much that the Legislators can contribute positively on those purchases.
