The Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) has finally been completed so travel time from Manila to Baguio will now be down to 3 hours compared to the previous 6 hours before it was completed.
Now before the fans of PNoy or AbNoy starts saying “Thanks PNoy” again, remember that the Groundbreaking of the Expressway was originally made during the time of former President Gloria Arroyo in 2010.
During the time of AbNoy, he envisioned the project to be completed by 2015, but typical of him that year came and went and it was still nowhere near completion.
Now before the fans of PNoy or AbNoy starts saying “Thanks PNoy” again, remember that the Groundbreaking of the Expressway was originally made during the time of former President Gloria Arroyo in 2010.

It took President Rodrigo Duterte to finally finish the Project once and for all, and hopefully this will help in the decongestion of Metro Manila.
Note again of how the Press is only making a passing mention of this Project, no expounding of its benefits, only minimal coverage as they prefer to talk about things that will damage the Duterte Administration like the issue of ABS-CBN.
