An impressive Video of an Azerbaijani Ballistic Missile hitting a 2-Lane Bridge over the Hakari River in Armenian Territory in the ongoing 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict

The Ballistic Missile used is thought to be the LOng Range Artillery (LORA) Missile made by the Israeli Company Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) by various Sources who have discussed the Video.

The LORA is a pretty heavy Missile weighing 1,600 kg with a 600 kg Warhead and a range of 400 km. Accuracy is within 10 m, for Guidance Control it has a Global Positioning System (GPS) and Inertial Navigation System (INS), with some Sources saying it has an Electro-Optical (EO) Guidance during its Terminal Stage.

So imagine a big Missile with a large Warhead that is accurate enough to hit a narrow 2-Lane Bridge as is in this case from as far as 400 km away if it really is the LORA.

This Missile is generally for use against Static or Fixed Targets like the Bridge that was hit. Not sure if these can be used to hit large, relatively slow moving Targets like Vessels also.
