This is basically a “B-Movie”, but thanks to Netflix’s generous Budget, the Production Values (the Sets, Special Effects, etc.) are a lot better than it would’ve been had it not been a Netflix Movie or a Movie made by any other Streaming Company.
I thought this would be an absolute crap of a Movie, but it turned out to be much better than expected, it was quite entertaining thanks to the above mentioned Production Values and it’s “Die Hard” inspired style where the Main Character goes from one suspenseful or action scene right after the other.
The Pacing is quite fast also, it doesn’t waste a lot of the Screen Time. The Plot is preposterous though, as if the United States (US) would leave their Nuclear Missile Defense to only two Locations in the World that would only be accessible in an Emergency in 90 minutes.
Also what about the US’ retaliation to the Country that launched the Missiles? Despite that, the Movie is quite watcheable. But perhaps its best Parts are Chris Hemsworth’s Cameos, which are short but quite numerous.
His Wife Elsa Pataky is the Movie’s Main Character, and he is also the Executive Producer of the Movie. Anyway, Highly Recommended.
