February 24, 2025: Celebrate EDSA? With a Marcos comeback? Absurd – Rigoberto Tiglao

The Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) Revolution in 1986 was, unfortunately for the Filipino People, a Failure. It has failed to bring Economic Progress and Prosperity to our Country, which is still lagging behind almost all of our Neighbors in South East Asia (SEA) in all Important Social and Economic Indicators. 

If EDSA was not supposed to be for that, then what was it for, then? Freedom is useless without Development. December 2, 2024: Fraternities are a bane to Philippine Society, and should be outlawed

”Can a Private High School dismiss a Student due to Fraternity Membership?” - They should, in Fact, I think that all Fraternities should be legally banned in Schools to keep them from polluting and indoctrinating the very impressionable Minds of our Youth. 

From what I can tell, these Fraternities seem to be funded and controlled by the Oligarchs to help them stay in Power and keep their Wealth here in the Philippines. These seem to give them Advantages in Society, Business and Workplace by doing Things such as gathering Gossip and Rumors on anyone and everyone, spreading Rumors and Intrigue, and helping them protect from such. 

These are Part of what I call as “Social Syndicates” in the Country. They also propagate a “Syndicate Culture”, diluting the Sense of Nationalism among Filipinos as their is much less Identity now as a Country, it is not “us Filipinos” but my Group versus other Fraternity Groups that are out there. 

They also end up teaching our Youth that the only Way to get ahead in Life here in the Philippines is to take Advantage of other Filipinos, to exploit the Weak or those who don’t belong to a Group, or those who belong to weaker Groups. 

This is one of the main Reasons why our Country is so fakked up, and the Results speak for themselves: The Presence of these Groups in our Schools have not helped our Country in any Way overall. Instead, our our Country still a constant “Basketcase”, always lagging behind our Neighbors even in South East Asia (SEA) only.

June 11, 2023: Sara D leads latest SWS Survey for the 2028 Presidential Elections

Here is another Survey for the 2028 Presidential Elections, this time from the more established Social Weather Station (SWS) and it shows that Sara Duterte is still at the lead with 28% of the Votes. Raffy Tulfo is next just like in the Tangere Survey released a couple of Weeks back, but in this Survey he is farther behind Sara with only 11% of the Votes. 

Lenidoro Robredo, the Pinklawan’s undying Hope for President is a far third with only 6% of the Votes. The Tambaloslos Balasubas Herrero didn’t even show up in this Survey (which was made in April 2023), maybe in the “Others” at the bottom, and yet he shamelessly thinks he can challenge Sara

May 29, 2023: Anti-China, Pro-US Raffy Tulfo emerges as Sara Duterte’s most serious Contender for the 2028 Presidential Elections

The Tangere Organization recently revealed that Raffy Tulfo emerged as Sara Duterte’s most serious Contender in the 2028 Presidential Elections based on their recent Poll Survey Results. Duterte was selected by 39% of their Pollsters while Tulfo was second at 30%. 

2022 Presidential Candidate Isko Moreno Domagoso was a far third at 9% while two other former Presidential Candidates, Leni Robredo and Grace Poe were just behind Moreno at 8%. Senator Imee Marcos got 2% along with Manny Pacquiao while the Tambaloslos Balasubas Herrero was last after getting only a pathetic 1% of the vote. 

If these results hold up in Surveys by other Poll Organizations, then I expect the United States (US) to start offering support to Tulfo, if they haven’t done so already ...

April 28, 2023: A nice Feature by the France24 on the Island of Jolo finally finding Peace after Decades of Violence, and of the AFP’s Civil Military Operations in the Area

Here is a very nice Video and Article Feature on the Island of Jolo by the News Organization France24 where after Decades of Violence by the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG), they are finally finding Peace and now even hoping to be a Tourist Destination. 

The Video is also highlighting the important Civil-Military Operations that the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) is enforcing in the Area, which includes teaching both Children and Adults how to Read and Write
