(China builds Transmission Lines in Thailand, assembles EVs in Indonesia, builds more Factories and establishes more Train Access in Vietnam in this Installment of South East Asia’s Relations with China Series - “Positive News about the Rest of South East Asia’s Relations with China, August 12, 2023)

Due to “Insistent Public Demand", :D, I have decided to start a new Type of Post where I report all of the GOOD News relations between China and the rest of South East Asia (SEA). These Types of News are intentionally being SUPRESSED by the mainly Pro-United States (US), Anti-China Main Stream Media (MSM) in the Philippines, so as an Independent Blogger I am now bringing them all to you. And here they are:

* August 1, 2023: The Chinese Company “Halide New Material” will be building a Factory to manufacture Tire Cord Fabric (TCF) in Tay Ninh, Vietnam worth Usd 52 million. The new Factory will have an Area of 56,380 square meters and an annual capacity of 18,000 tons of TCF: https://www.yicaiglobal.com/news/chinas-hailide-to-spend-usd52-million-on-vietnam-tire-cords-plant-to-avert-trade-risks

* August 2, 2023: A Subsidiary of the Chinese Company “Innovation Precision” will be building an Aluminum Factory in Nghe An, Vietnam worth Usd 165 million. The Factory will be able to produce 100,000 tons of Aluminum per Year and will begin operations in October 2024. It is estimated to be able to create 1,500 highly-skilled Jobs for the Vietnamese People: https://e.vnexpress.net/news/business/companies/chinese-company-to-build-aluminum-factory-in-vietnam-4636996.html

* August 2, 2023: The Chinese Company “Henan Electric Power Transmission and Transformation Construction” is constructing a 105 km long, 500 kV Transmission Line worth Usd 50 million in the Nakhon Si Thammarat Province of Thailand which is expected to be completed by the end of this Year of 2023. Once completed, the Lines are expected to bring a steady and reliable supply of Electricity to the Province which is now experiencing Power Outages several times a Year lasting for up to half a Day: https://english.news.cn/20230802/d2d8f4ce02a9480eb98489afb7c5cb9f/c.html

* August 5, 2023: China and Vietnam launched their first International Multimodal Freight Train consisting of 23 Carriages that can carry up to 800 tons of Goods. The Train will travel from China’s Hebei Province to the Vietnamese Capital of Hanoi with a total distance of 2,700 km. The beauty of this new Train is that it will cut down travel from China to Vietnam from the previous 15 Days to now only 4-5 Days, greatly improving the efficiency of the Trade between the two Countries:  https://www.fibre2fashion.com/news/textiles-logistics-news/china-vietnam-launch-first-multimodal-international-freight-train-289315-newsdetails.htm

* August 9, 2023: The Chinese Company “Hozon Auto” plans to allow the Assembly of Completely Knocked-Down (CKD) Kits of their Neta-branded Vehicles in Indonesia starting the second Quarter of next Year, 2024. The Assembly will be made by the Company “Handal Indonesia Motor” in Bekasi, Indonesia: https://www.just-auto.com/news/hozon-to-assemble-in-indonesia/

My Commentary on this particular News: Allowing assembly in a Country usually results in a much lesser Price for the Consumers in that particular County, like for example, the World-famous Wuling Mini-Electric Vehicle (EV) is so much cheaper in Vietnam than in the Philippines (around half the Price, the last time I checked) because China allowed it to be assembled there, but not in the Philippines.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!!! Mabuhay ang Tsina!!! (Long live the Philippines!!! Long live China!!!)
