Chinese Type 056A Corvette rescues two Philippine Fishermen in SCS

Xinhua News Agency: PLA Navy rescues wounded Philippine Fisherman

The Type 056A class Corvette Aba (630) of the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) of China recently rescued two Filipino Fishermen in the Spratly Islands recently. 

The two Fishermen approached the Frigate seeking for their help, one of whom was wounded by the Propeller Blades of the Fishermen's own Boat and was losing Blood. 

The Fishermen were brought onboard and treated, and given Food and Medical Supplies. The two were then handed over to the Philippines later. 'Xie xie ni, Zhongguo' (Thank you, China)

I just noticed that the Philippine Government, which was first contacted by China about this Incident, was SILENT about it, perhaps they didn’t want to reveal it to the Public since it would anger the United States (US) who is orchestrating the Propaganda to constantly demonize China. 

Good thing that China took it on their own to reveal what happened because if not, the Philippines would’ve never likely revealed because it seems like they are very obedient Doggies to the US.  

Also WHERE is the US, by the way? Why is it that it is China that is helping our Fishermen and not them? After being given so many Military Bases in the Philippines to supposedly "deter" and "help" the Philippines against China, they are nowhere to be found? 'SINO ulit ang mga nagpauto sa US?' (Who is it that allowed themselves to be fooled by the US?)
