September 21, 2023: South Korea also reiterates Sub Offer to the Philippines after France and Spain
After Navantia’s revelation of their Submarine Offer to the Philippines last Month of August 2023 and France’s reiteration of their own Submarine offer recently, it was the South Korean Company Hanwha Ocean’s turn to reiterate their own offer to the Philippines recently

This was made during Hanwha Ocean’s Courtesy Call to the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) recently wherein they pitched their Jangbogo III-class Submarine. The competition for the Philippines’ Submarine is really heating up with all these offers constantly going on.

But if I were South Korea or France, I would make an alternate Site to put their Submarine Base in Leyte also, just like Navantia since that is the Province of the Romualdezes, the Family of Imelda Romualdez Marcos, the Mother of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM), :D

September 20, 2023: France reiterates Submarine Offer to Philippines during Ambassador’s Visit to the DND
After Navantia revealed to the Public its offer of Submarines to the Philippines just last Month, France is moving to reiterate its offer to build Submarines for the Philippines. This was made during the Courtesy Call of France’s Ambassador to the Philippines Marie Fontanel-Lassalle to Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro recently.

The Department of National Defense (DND) Spokesperson Arsenio Andolong stated that, “Emphasizing France’s Role as a Partner in the Indo-Pacific Region, Ambassador-designate Fontanel reiterated France’s offer to support the AFP Modernization Program (AFPMP), including the Naval Group’s readiness to assist in building a Philippine Submarine Force

This is becoming another “Saga” (meaning a long, involved Story, Account, or Series of Incidents as per the Dictionaries), just like the Multi-Role Fighter (MRF) Program of the Philippine Air Force (PAF), hence time to make a separate Topic of its own
