The Justin Brownlee Saga smells like a CIA Propaganda Operation

This whole “Saga” involving Justin Brownlee smells to me like just another Propaganda Operation by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to me. For those of you who are not familiar with Brownlee, he is an IMPORT (“Naturalized” Player) that played for the Philippine Men’s National Basketball Team (also called “Gilas Pilpinas”) recently. 

He helped the Philippines win the Gold Medal in the 19th Asian Games that was just held in China thanks to him hitting a number of crucial three-point shots in the Final Game against the Chinese National Team.

Later however, he was subsequently found to have been using a Performance Enhancing Drug (PED) in a Drug Test during the Games. This to me would explain why he had such great endurance, to the point that he was able to hit so many crucial three-point shots towards the end of the Game. 

‘Propaganda Opportunity’

The first thing that caught my Attention about him was that there was just way too much HYPE involving him being part of the Gilas Team, too much talk about him being a “Noypi” (slang for “Filipino”) for example, not only in the Main Stream Press (MSM) but most especially in Social Media. 

I thought that the Narrative of a United States (US) Citizen like him “saving” the Philippines and helping the Country beat China maybe was just too much of a Propaganda Opportunity for the CIA to ignore, hence the “Operation” (if it indeed happened). That constant hyping might’ve been the “Start” of the Operation.

It’s possible that he was made or encouraged to take the PEDs to help better ensure that he win Games for the Philippines. And they might’ve known he was going to get caught, and that the intentional HYPING of him before and throughout the Games will help shield him against Public Opinion and in fact also help it turn against China, which is what is happening right now. 

‘Parting Shot’

This is just all speculation on my Part as of now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out to be true because the US will go any to any Lengths, they are DESPERATE to keep the Philippines under their Influence. 

And this is all they can really offer or to the Country right now, “Propaganda Gimmicks” because they don’t help directly in improving our Infrastructure, they don’t do that. They can’t even give us major, brand new Military Equipment, just second-hand, well-used Scraps from their Inventory.
