PNoy can only claim to have started those PPP Projects that his Administration successfully awarded

I am getting sick and tired of all these Dilawans always trying to discredit President Rodrigo Duterte whenever he finishes an Infrastructure Project and insists that former President Benigno Aquino III (also known as PNoy or AbNoy Panot) should be credited for it instead.

Hence I have decided to come out with this Post about PNoy’s failed Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects, which I think should be appropriately called instead as “PNoy’s ‘Palpak’ (Failed) Projects (PPP)”.

Some updates from the Philippine Navy (PN) on their planned acquisition of Submarines:

* If not for the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic, the signing of the Contract for the Submarines would’ve likely occurred either during the second half of 2021 or first half of 2022.

The French Defense Company Naval Group that is offering their Scorpene class Submarines to the Philippine Navy (PN) said that their planned investments in the Philippines depends on the kind of Contracts they will be able to get from the Philippine Government.

They also said that they are willing to provide long term financing with advantageous rates up to 100% of the cost of the Project. Aside from Submarines, they are also offering Surface Vessels to the PN which could also be built in the Philippines.

The Philippines’ acquisition of 16 Mi-171 Hip Helicopters from Russia was mentioned very briefly and with no other details during President Rodrigo Duterte’s Telesummit with Russian President Vladimir Putin recently.

Quoting directly the News Report: “He (Duterte) noted positive developments in the procurement of 16 heavy-lift helicopters, adding that the Philippines looks forward to cooperating with Russia to speed up the modernization of defense assets and systems”.

LUMAMON na naman pala ng EBA* ang Maxdefense, kaya pala depensib at nang uuna na’, (Maxdefense ate shi* again, no wonder it was on the defensive lately), spreading Fake News about this Page.

After literally YEARS of HYPING up that the Philippine Air Force (PAF) had already selected the F-16V Viper Fighter Aircraft over the JAS-39 Gripen, it now goes around to say that it is indeed the Gripen that now could be the Philippines’ Multi-Role Fighter (MRF) Aircraft.
