March 13, 2023: Indian Navy to buy 200 BrahMos Missiles for Usd 2.5 billion

The Indian Navy is buying 200 BrahMos Missiles for use on their Ships and Mobile Coastal Batteries. The deal is worth Usd 2.5 billion, which works out to an average of around Usd 12.5 million per Missile

January 30, 2023: Just noting down the brand new Price of the KC-46 Pegasus Aerial Refueling Tankers for my Database, which the United States Air Force (USAF) signed a Contract for recently at Usd 2.3 billion for 15 Aircraft, or around Usd 153.3 million each

U.S. Official tries to belittle China when China has given much more to the Philippines than them

Another American A$$ Kissing Article by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) which had earlier tried hard to exclude China from the Peace Deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran. This time they are Headlining the Comments of the United States’ (US) Undersecretary for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland who is trying to belittle China’s Contribution to the Philippines. 

For Nuland’s Information, China GAVE the Philippines TWO BRAND NEW Bridges during the Administration of Rodrigo Duterte while she and her American Government are shamelessly occupying Military Bases in the Philippines mainly for free. 

MH370: The Plane that Disappeared (2023) Limited Series Review

I just finished a Marathon viewing of Netflix’s new Limited Series, “MH370: The Plane that Disappeared” because I just couldn’t stop myself from watching the next Episodes. It is only three Episodes though, each around 45 minutes long, and they are quite a Roller Coaster ride. 

You thought the Story would go one way, then it went on to go another way, and then end up still going another way. I won’t reveal any Spoilers, but I will give a Clue: The Rivalry between China and the United States (US) could have a role on what really happened to the Aircraft.

March 2, 2023: “PCG Spokesman Commodore Tarriela’s claims on the Philippines’ ‘Ownership’ of its EEZ is misleading and deceptive“ – Manila Times Article

The Spokesperson of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has been talking to the Press a lot these Days, and in one instance he was quoted as talking about the ‘Legal Ownership’ of the Philippines of its Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) which turned out to be ‘Misleading’ and ‘Deceptive’ as per a recent Article of “The Manila Times”. Quoting from the Article: “With all due respect to Commodore Tarriela, his latest Statement is quite deceiving and misleading and does not speak of the objective reality and the Facts surrounding the disputed SCS and even the status of Ayungin Shoal in relation to the United Nations Convention on the Laws of the Seas (Unclos) and even the 2016 ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA).”

Fraternities should be banned from Schools, one Cause for Division in Philippine Society

I agree with Mer Layson, the President of the Adamson University Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) that Fraternities should be banned from all Philippine Schools not only because of these Deaths from Fraternity Hazings recently, but also because they are one Cause of the excessive Divisions we are seeing in Philippine Society. 

I never joined any of those Groups because the Idea of belonging to a Group to fight other Groups, or be indebted to a Group to gain Advantage never really appealed much to me, I’m more of an Individualistic type of Person. Also when I was in College, based on the Examples I saw at the School I went to in Manila, they were more like going out and beating up People, either non-Fraternity Individuals or those on other Fraternities.

The Governor of Cagayan Manuel Mamba revealed during a Senate Hearing recently how he was harassed by two Officials of the United States (US) Embassy just because of his Stance against the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA). 

Quoting Gov. Mamba, “The Political Officer of the US Embassy came to me, together with three Military Men, and the Economic Attache (of the US Embassy), as if he was insisting to me that I was talking with Chinese Officials. Never. As if we could not decide on our Own."

February 24, 2023: EU shamelessly ties Political Conditions to continue preferential Trade with them

This is the Problem with the West, meaning the United States (US) and its Allies in Europe in that they always have Strings Attached when dealing with them, like in this Case when the European Union (EU) is now shamelessly demanding from the Philippines to give in to their Political Demands like freeing Leila De Lima and rejoining the International Criminal Court (ICC) or else they will cut off Trade with us. The Problem is that Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) will now also have difficulty pivoting to China since he is surrounded by Pro-US Advisers who will want to kowtow and give up our Sovereignty to the West and antagonize China over a bunch of small Islands hundreds of kilometers from our Shores that only officially recognized in the 1970s. Frankly I don’t know how BBM will go around this, I think he will likely just give in to the EU’s demands
