The Liuzhou (573) Type 054A Frigate and Suqian (504) Type 056 Corvette of the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) conducted a Joint Naval Exercise with the KRI Usman Harun Frigate (359) Bung Tomo class Frigate and KRI Halasan (630) Sampari class Missile Craft of the Indonesian Navy (IN) in the waters near the Indonesian Capital of Jakarta.
Imagine if the President Rodrigo Duterte did something similar like ask the Jose Rizal class Frigates of the Philippine Navy (PN) to conduct Naval Exercises with Frigates of the PLAN in Manila Bay?
The Dilawan American As* Kissers would be shouting, “Senasakop na ng Tsena ang Pelepenas!!! Benenta na ne Degong ang Pelepenas sa Tsena!!! (China is now occupying the Philippines!!! Digong had already sold the Philippines to China!!!)”
Take note that Indonesia had also accepted China’s offer of help to salvage the KRI Nanggala (402) Submarine that sunk recently, and that the Chinese Vessels for the salvage had already arrived in Indonesia.
Just another real World development that completely destroys the Pro-American Fantasy Narratives of the Dilawans, like how Indonesia stands up to China, or that you need to “extra tough” with China for them to respect you, blah-blah-blah.
Indonesia and China have very, very close relations despite their disagreements around the Natuna Islands.
