Here are News Reports and some of my thoughts on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War:

* US admits they are preparing for Zelensky’s Exile
The United States (US) is admitting that they are now preparing to establish a Ukrainian Government in Exile in Poland led by the Comedian President Volodymyr Zelensky. I think he already left, the Russians and the Ukrainian Opposition itself already said so.

* S-400 shoots down an Su-27 from Long Range
Russia’s S-400 Triumf Surface to Air Missile (SAM) System reportedly got its first kill in actual Combat when it shot down an Su-27 Flanker Aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force (UAF). The S-400 was said to be stationed inside Belarus when it shot down the Flanker which was in Kiev in Ukraine at a distance of around 150 km

* Intel Slava Z Telegram Account Updates (as of 03/07/22 - 0832H Manila Time):
- The European Union (EU) announced that they will not finance the sending of Combat Aircraft to Ukraine
- The American Government is still allowing American Companies to buy Oil from Russia thru third-Country Banks like those in Hong Kong (HK), who are reportedly charging a higher rate for the service. This means higher Oil Prices for the Americans, higher profits for Banks like those in HK and Russia still gets paid in the end
- Lots of Ukrainian Next-generation Light Anti-tank Weapons (NLAW) has been captured and used as Trophies by Russian Forces
- As per the Governor of the Nikolayev Region of Ukraine, two Aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force (UAF) has been shot down in the Peskov Area
- As per the Russian Ministry of Defense, three Su-27 Flanker Aircraft and three Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) of the UAF has been shot down
- The United States (US) allowed North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Countries to supply Fighter Jets to Ukraine
- Poland reiterated that they will not provide Aircraft to Ukraine nor will they allow Ukrainian Pilots to use their Airfields
- The Russian Defense Ministry said that the Secret Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Azov Detachment is planning to blow up the Nuclear Reactor at the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology and blame Russia for it

* Foreign Mercenaries will be treated as Criminals
Russia’s Ministry of Defense Spokesman Igor Konashenkov warned that Foreign Mercenaries fighting for Ukraine will not be considered by Russia as Combatants as defined by the International Humanitarian Law (IHL), and nor will they be treated as Prisoners of War. They will instead be treated as Common Criminals

* Russia building a Huge Gas Pipeline to China 
The Russian State-owned Company Gazprom is pushing thru with its plan to build the Soyuz Vostok Gas Pipeline to China to counter the Economic Sanctions imposed by Western Companies on Russia. It will have a capacity of 50 billion cubic meters of Gas and will pass thru Mongolia

* Russia to replace Visa and MasterCard with Mir-UnionPay System
After the American Companies Visa and Mastercard pulled out their International Payment System (IPS) from Russia, Russia is now working to integrate their own Mir Payment System with China’s UnionPay System  as replacement for them

* Germany rejects ban on Russian Oil and Gas
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has rejected calls by the United States (US) and Ukraine to include the ban of the importation of Gas and Oil to be part of the Sanctions imposed on Russia as those are needed to secure Europe’s Energy supply, and that replacing it will take some time

* Germany, Netherlands reject fast-tracking of Ukraine’s EU Membership
Germany, Netherlands and other Countries has rejected Ukraine’s calls for their Membership to the European Union (EU) be fast tracked and instead said that their readiness to join the Union must be properly assessed first
