Rocket Debris Tug of War an Example of US Propaganda Manipulation

The Washington Post's Article on the Chinese Space Debris

So, the current Vice President (VP) of the United States (US), Kam-ala “Cum-A-Lot” Harris is visiting the Philippines, and just before her visit an Incident occurred where Philippine Forces tried to tow away Debris from one of China’s Space Rockets, and then the China Coast Guard (CCG) stepped in and took it away from them. 

First of all, it is a Chinese Rocket, so China had the right to get it back. Just ask yourselves, if it was a US Rocket Debris instead, would the Americans have allowed it to fall into Philippine Hands? Of course not. 

Second, was the timing of the Incident just a “Coincidence”, that China was embarrassed and made to look the “Villain” just before a US Official visits the Country and she was made to look the “Hero”? I don’t think so. 

The Plan seems so sophisticated and far in advance the thinking that I think this is an example of how the US Intelligence Services manipulate Events and Propaganda to favor their side. 

China has been launching Rockets and Debris falling over the Philippines for Decades now, and then suddenly a Tug of War occurs just before a visit by a US Official? The timing is just too good. I suspect there might have been previous similar Incidents, and were just buried or not reported to the Public. 

And/or that instead of leaving the Debris alone like they usually did before, this time the Philippine forces sought to retrieve the Debris knowing that China would go after them and retrieve it. 

I am not saying that the entire Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) or Philippine Navy (PN) is working with the US, but I think it is possible that there could be certain Scalawags within their Organizations that are working with the Americans to protect US Interests in the Philippines. 

This type of Propaganda Manipulation with their Filipino Dogs is just one way for the US to keep the Philippines under their influence, they might be desperate since no other Country in South East Asia (SEA) will side with them in the same way against China.
