Here’s a piece of News that I again had to dig deep to find out since the Dilawan Sections of the Philippine Press doesn’t want to touch since it damages the Americans which they worship. 

India launched an official Diplomatic Protest to the United States (US) earlier this Month (April 2021) after the USS John Paul Jones, an Arleigh Burke class Destroyer of the United States Navy (USN), conducted a Freedom of Navigation Operations (FONOPS) in their Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) without asking for prior permission.

My thoughts exactly shared also by Dan Steinbock in a recent Article of his posted on the Manila Times, that there seems to be a concerted effort behind the Scenes to inflame tensions in the South China Sea (SCS), with one of the goals being to pressure President Rodrigo Duterte to continue the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) with the Americans. 

Among the most important points from Steinbock’s Article are: 

DND approves acquisition of Link 16 Equipment for the Jose Rizal class Frigates

The Department of National Defense (DND) has reportedly approved the Acquisition Decision Memorandum for the Tactical Data Link 16 (TDL-16) Equipment and Terminals for use on the Jose Rizal class Frigates of the Philippine Navy (PN).

No mention in the Article yet though if the compatibility issue of the Ship’s Naval Shield Combat Management System (CMS) with TDL-16 has been resolved already, I assume that it has been or at least nearing completion that’s why the DND is going ahead with the acquisition.

No Sovereignty Issue was addressed by the PCA in its Ruling

Bobi Tiglao broke down some of the important points of the Ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in a recent Article of his. Below is a summary of those points: 

* No Sovereignty Issue was addressed by the PCA’s Ruling. From the PCA itself: “The Convention…does not address the Sovereignty of States over Land Territory. Accordingly, this Tribunal does not purport to make any ruling as to which State enjoys Sovereignty over any Land Territory in the South China Sea, in particular with respect to the disputes concerning Sovereignty over the Spratly Islands or Scarborough Shoal.”

VACCINE WATCH (Apr. 4-10, 2021) - AstraZeneca Vax depleted, fewer Vax Delivery in April

Last Week (April 4 to 10, 2021), no Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Vaccine delivery was made, but there were some developments that happened.

First is that the first shipment 525,600 doses of the AZD1222 Vaccines made by AstraZeneca has “run out”, I assume this means that they have either been injected already or reserved for the second shot. 

Desperate, defeated Maxdefense resorting to threats to defend its American Masters

Resident American As* Kisser, Obedient Dog, Apologist and Paid Hack Maxdefense now desperately resorting to Threats and Intimidation (among other things) to keep this Page from posting its support for President Duterte’s Policy of Friendly Relations to China which his American Employers are equally desperate to sabotage.
