Russia has just started the Invasion of Ukraine

Four Days ago, I posted a Poll in my Private Group on whether they think there will be a War in Ukraine or not. Most who answered the Poll answered “No”, and that’s understandable since Russia at that time denied it was going to happen. 

However, today, February 24, 2022 around the Afternoon Philippine Time, it seems like Russia had officially started the invasion of Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin though said that he doesn’t intend to take the whole Country, I think he will only occupy those Regions near the Russian Border which are sympathetic to Russia

Very interesting times we live now, after a “World War” against the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), we now have a War in Eastern Europe. 

Hopefully it will only be short lived, because I think the longer it lasts, the more likely that more Countries will be involved and the more chances it could lead to a bigger War. 

War is of course ugly, People will die on both sides. But one thing I am sort of looking forward to is getting objective and verifiable results on the performance of various Weapons Systems in actual Combat Conditions. 

Both sides have advanced, modern Weaponry, so it would be interesting to see how they will fare in this War.
