Philippine-China Relations, 2023

Photo here

November 30, 2023: One of the many Places that the Chinese Delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian visited in Cagayan recently was the Port of Aparri, this is the Port that Governor Manuel Mamba is asking China to help upgrade into an International Standard Seaport as Part of his Vision to turn his Province into an International Gateway.

The other Parts of that Plan is to connect the Aparri Seaport by a Railway System to an International Standard Airport inland in Piat. Hopefully these Projects will push thru, but knowing the United States (US) and their Filipino Doggies, they will wait until more Time, Money and Effort has been spent by the Philippines and China on the Projects before SABOTAGING it and leaving the People of Cagayan empty-handed.

That is how TRAITOROUS they are, that is exactly what they did on China’s involvement at the Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA) Project in Cavite and in the Manila Bay Reclamation Projects

November 21, 2023: Prioritize Progress, fighting China is Delusional and Madness – Pantaleon Alvarez
I’m now a big Fan of Davao Del Norte Congressman Pantaleon Alvarez after he after he CORRECTLY pointed out that the Bobong Bong Marcos (BBM) Administration should prioritize crucial Domestic Issues than quarreling with China over Territorial Disputes in the South China Sea (SCS). Here is the entirety of his Statements about that:

While it is true that International Relations are undeniably important, our primary Duty lies in ensuring the prosperity and well-being of our People. Let us stop this madness and delusion that we fight China in an armed Conflict as part of the Frontline of U.S. Geopolitical Interests.

‘Wag natin kalimutan, iniwan din ng mga Amerikano ang Ukraine, Iraq, at Afghanistan’ (Let us not forget, the Americans also left Ukraine, Iraq and Afghanistan). I believe that by channeling our Efforts towards addressing Domestic Challenges such as Poverty Reduction, Food Security, Inflation, among others, we can build a more stable Foundation for our Nation’s future.

‘Lahat ng bagay, nasa tamang oras. Wag kalimutan’ (All Things have their proper time. Don’t forget), external power is an extension of domestic strength. So long as we are internally weak, let’s not get ahead ourselves and prod for Conflict the cost of which in lives of both Civilian and Military personnel, as well as National Treasure, we cannot yet afford.

I guess it is better to advocate for the independence of peaceful people of Mindanao and free the People of the South from a miserable devastation, as dictated by the North, so that we Mindanawons can be allowed to chart our own Destiny.

I suggest that they should think thoroughly their decisions. I am of the position that it is better for the Government to provide more Jobs, ensure Food Security, and ultimately, develop the Economy for the betterment of the Filipino People.

The Positioning of the present Administration unnecessarily places our Soldiers and Coast Guard in danger. We have to realize that if War erupts, what is the End Game Scenario? The American Century is ending, and the resurgence of China is clear. If we go for this, how many Widows, Widowers, and Orphans will be left?

‘Hindi nga kaya ng gobyerno bigyan sila ng sustento. Sabi pa nga hindi kaya bayaran yung Pension ng Military and Uniformed Personnel, tapos ngayon naman parang humihingi tayo ng susunod na Mamasapano’ (The Government can’t even pay for the Pension of the Military and Uniformed Personnel, and now it is as if we are asking for another “Mamasapano”). It’s misplaced madness. Let us seek Partnerships that unite instead of divide. Let us build, and not destroy.

October 31, 2023: Direct Airline Flights between Davao and China has resumed
Great News as Direct Airline Flights between the City of Davao in the Philippines and the City of Quanzhou in China has resumed. There will be two Flights each Week, on Sundays and Wednesdays.

I hope to see more Flights from Davao to other Places in China, and I feel China should focus on helping Areas in the Philippines that are friendly to them like Davao

September 7, 2023: Defense Sec. Gibo Teodoro at least acknowledged that Philippines needs China Economically
Good to see Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro at least acknowledging that the Philippines does need China economically during a Hearing recently.

He said, quoting from the Article, ‘Ako po ay very, very cognizant na kailangan ng independent foreign policy. Dahil ang Tsina po, kailangan po natin at napakalaking Merkado niyan’ (I'm very, very cognizant of the need for an independent foreign policy. Because we need China, that's a very big Market)

He did take it back when he mentioned about our Territorial Disputes, but that is expected of a Philippine Defense Official, or else the United States (US) and their Pinoy Dogs would’ve crucified him as they insist that China should be constantly demonized

September 2, 2023: Chinese Investors now having Second Thoughts about investing in the Philippines – ECOP
According to the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), Chinese Investors are now having Second Thoughts about investing in the Philippines, and one big Reason for this is due to calls by Anti-China, Pro-United States (US) Politicians like Senate President Miguel Zubiri to boycott Chinese Products.

Chinese Businesses also have now started to noticeably cut down their Operations here in the Philippines because of this Issue. ECOP says that those in the Government who are not authorized to talk about Foreign Policy should not be allowed to talk in Public about it

June 13, 2023: The PLAN’s “Qi Jiguang” Vessel will be open to the Public in the Philippines
More fantastic News as the biggest and most modern Training Vessel of the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN), the Type 680-classQi Jiguang (83)” will be open to the Public during its stay here in the Philippines, just refer to the Infographic for the Details. The Ship is on a Goodwill Tour around South East Asia (SEA), it has visited Vietnam, Thailand and Brunei before its arrival in Manila

June 9, 2023: The Chinese Military’s largest and most Modern Training Vessel also visiting the Philippines
I am so happy to learn that the largest and most modern Training Vessel of the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN), the Type 680Qi Jiguang (83)” that I have been posting about as it went thru visiting various Countries in South East Asia (SEA) is now also visiting the Philippines.

The Ship is 163 m long and has a Displacement of 9,000 tons, and will arrive on June 14, 2023. This is just in time for the 48th Anniversary of the Diplomatic Relations between China and the Philippines, and the China-Philippines Friendship Day which is being celebrated this Month.

No mention yet on what Activities the Ship’s Crew and Passengers will participate in, but they did participate a lot when they were in Vietnam, Thailand and Brunei prior to going to the Philippines

June 8, 2023: BBM deluded into thinking the Philippines can totally separate the SCS Issue and Business Relations with China
Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) again harped the Line that he has constantly using throughout his Administration that the Philippines’ Business Relations with China can be totally separated from its Issues with the South China Sea (SCS).

I think BBM has been deluded into thinking that this is “Possible” by the Filipino Kissers of American A$$es who constantly been using the PROPAGANDA that China respects Vietnam and Indonesia because they are “Standing Up” to them.

The reality as I have posted many times before is that both Vietnam and Indonesia in fact pays a lot of RESPECT to China. Their Militaries, for example, continues to actively engage with China in many Activities. The same can’t be said of the Philippine Military which is constantly fawning all over the Americans.

Besides, it is COMMON SENSE, why would you REWARD somebody who is ANTAGONISTIC towards you? That is BASIC, everybody with have a Brain knows that. But American Propaganda insists on GASLIGHTING Filipinos that it is otherwise

June 6, 2023: DECADES of kissing America’s A$$, and yet China might be the one who will send a Filipino into Space. Do you see the US making a similar offer to the Philippines? None
The Philippines spent DECADES kissing America’s A$$, but in the end, it might be China who will help send a Filipino into Space for the first time in its History.

This was revealed after the China Embassy Counselor Dr. Ji Lingpeng mentioned the possibility during a recent Ceremony that cooperation between the Philipines and China in Space Exploration could lead to a Filipino Astronaut man China’s Space Station.

Do you see the Americans making similar an offer now? None, despite the fact that they were given so many Military Bases by Junior here in the Philippines

May 25, 2023: NGCP denies Foreign Interference accusations by Anti-China, Filipino Kissers of American A$$es like Raffy Tulfo
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has denied the claims of Anti-China, Filipino Kissers of American A$$es like Raffy Tulfo that foreign Countries like China can interfere with the Philippines’ Power Grid

The NGCP said that they don’t employ any Foreigners anymore, and that all their Operations and Transmission-related Work are done using an Independent, Private Network that is not connected to the Internet

May 19, 2023: Laoag and Huangshan signs Sisterhood and Business Relations Agreement
The Cities of Laoag in Ilocos Norte, Philippines and Huangshan in the Anhui Provice of China recently signed an Agreement to establish Sisterhood Ties and Business Relations.

Both Cities will now conduct Business Exchanges, Organize Events on Trade and Investments, Facilitate Projects to boost Economic Development, promote Tourism and conduct Cultural Exchange Programs. A Delegation from Laoag will visit Huangshan early next Month of June 2023 to promote Laoag in China

May 21, 2023: BBM rightly defends Chinese Investment in the NGCP from attacks by Americans and their Filipino Dogs
Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) correctly defended the 40% Ownership of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCP) in the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) from attacks by the Americans and its Filipino Dogs, saying that removing the SGCP means finding somebody else who will operate it and finding a way to absorb those who will be affected.

He also mentioned that there will be a gap in Management Experience by those who will be replacing the SGCP. I consider this only a Minor Victory though as the United States’ (US) big Prize, the Enhanced Defense Cooperation for America :D (EDCA) is still active and being enforced in the Philippines.

As I said before, I am daring the US and their Pinoy Dogs for them to replace China there at the NGCP, but so far they have been SILENT on that matter. Maybe because the US itself is in no shape anymore to help anybody else now, with their Economy buried deep in Debt with the possibility of them defaulting their Loans if they are not allowed to borrow more soon

May 16, 2023: American A$$ Kissers having a Field Day against China now that the US has BBM by the Balls, wants China out of the NGCP
Now that Rodrigo Duterte is out and that the United States (US) has, for some currently unknown Reason, Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) by his Balls then the American A$$ Kissers are having a Field Day, especially in the Senate as they are now calling for the buying back of the Shares of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP)

The SGCC doesn’t even have a Majority Stake in the NGCP, as per Law they only have 40% Share. But if they still wants to do so then fine, but I challenge them to ask their beloved US to take China’s Place there at the NGCP, aber?

These 1d10ts are constantly against anything by China, but can’t get the Americans to take anywhere near China’s Place in Terms of China’s Investments in the Philippines. And of course, you can’t expect Weak Junior to defend China against the rabidity of these Filipino Kissers of American A$$es

May 4, 2023:Philippines risks being US Proxy and Frontline Soldier against China” – China Military Website
The “China Military” Website, the English-Language News Website of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China warned that the Philippines is risking itself as becoming the Proxy and Frontline Soldier of the United States (US) against China.

Quoting from the Article: “Worse, the Philippine's closer Military relationship with the United States risks the Country being turned into America's Proxy in the Region and the Frontline Soldier against China – regardless of whether the Philippines is willing or not

April 30, 2023: Philippines begs China for another Project after Staged Confrontation at Ayungin for Publicity. Why can’t we go to the US instead again, hmm?
Juice colored, the Philippines is again begging China for Usd 300 million to fund another Project, this time the Laguna Lakeshore Road Network (LLRN) which is an Expressway that will run from Lower Bicutan to Calamba.

Again, why China, especially after that recent staged confrontation against China in Ayungin Shoal for the sake of Publicity? Also again why not ask the United States (US) for that funding, aber? You know why, because the US is USELESS when it comes to Infrastructure Loans, they don’t want to build, they only want War and Destruction

April 26, 2023: Photos of Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian having Dinner with BBM leaked online
Photos of the Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian have been anonymously leaked online (nobody seems to want to take credit for taking those Pictures), and they are often accompanied by Captions saying it is an example of President Bong Bong Marcos’ (BBM)Friends to All, Enemies to None” Foreign Policy.

Well I am not sure if just having such Dinner will make China forget about the numerous Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) Bases in the Philippines that the United States (US) will use against China during a War in Taiwan, but I will still take this as a Positive Sign that the President is at least making some effort to maintain a Friendly Relationship with China.

Also note that while there was no Information as to when the Dinner was held, the Pictures were released on the same Day that the US and Philippine Military conducted a Joint Live Fire Exercise off the Coast of Zambales

April 24, 2023: China planned to fund and donate Bridges while the US only wants to sell Military Equipment to the Philippines; China’s plans could be in danger because of EDCA
Under the Administration of President Bong Bong Marcos (BBM), China planned to provide funding for at least four Bridges and donate one, this was revealed during a recent Forum. These are the Bridges that China planned to provide funding thru Loans:
- Three Bridges crossing the Manggahan Floodway and Pasig River worth Php 16.03 billion, to be finished by 2026
- Samal Island-Davao City Connector Bridge

Not mentioned above is the possible partial funding by China of the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge. China also reportedly planned to donate a 2.71 km Bridge worth Php 6.96 billion that will connect Bohol, Dauis and Panglao.

The total amount for these Bridges are at least Php 22.99 billion, but these Projects could face Delays or even Cancellations because of the Issue about the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) Bases that were gifted to the United States (US)

What about the US, you may ask, what are their plans for the Philippines? Well the US plans to sell their expensive Military Equipment to the Philippines. Thank you.

April 20, 2023: ADB only partially funding the Bataan-Cavite Bridge, Philippines now begging China to help fund it after pestering them, the Americans should be asked for funding instead
It turns out that the Asian Development Bank (ADB) which has been boasting about the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge Project, is only partially funding it and the Philippines now is begging China to provide additional funding for it, this despite the fact that we have been pestering them about Territorial Disputes (while gladly giving away Sabah to Malaysia).

Common Sense dictates that you want to be in good Terms with the Countries that you want to borrow Money or ask Investments from, but apparently this escapes the Thoughts of those who are in Government right now. I would suggest that they instead ask the Americans for those additional Loans since they are so fond of them they gave them nine Military Bases for a “Peanuts” amount of Cost only. The United States (US) owes us more for those Bases, if they have some Shame they would at least give us more

April 20, 2023: YouTube a Hotbed of Anti-China Fake News Propaganda as another one has been Fact-Checked because it falsely claimed that China is already attacking the Philippines
YouTube is now a Hotbed of Fake News Propaganda against China that are being spread by American A$$ Kissing Channels, like the one that was Fact-Checked recently claiming that China is, “... already attacking the Philippines ...” This is not the first time that such an Anti-China Video has been Fact-Checked, several has been so already as of now.

Worse is that not only are they spreading Fake News, they are also earning Money from it because their Channels have been Monetized. I think this is just Part of the American Propaganda against China because remember than YouTube is an American Company

April 19, 2023: While US now only sends small time Investments to the Philippines, a Chinese Company plans to put up a Usd 5 billion Nickel Ore Processing in the Country
The Chinese Company Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Company Limited is reportedly planning to put up a High-Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) Plant to process Nickel Ore that could be worth up to Usd 5 billion. The Deal, if it pushes thru, could be completed by the end of this Year of 2023.

All this while the United States (US) refuses to pay for any Rent for the nine Military Bases that were given to them and could only now send small time Investments to the Philippines. I hope this Chinese Processing Plant will push thru and will not be derailed by the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) Issue that popped up recently

April 11, 2023: Groundbreaking for the construction of two Solar Power Plants in Batangas and Cavite with the help of the Chinese Company PowerChina
A Groundbreaking Ceremony was made recently for the construction of two 70 MW Solar Power Plants in Batangas and Cavite with the help of the Chinese Company PowerChina. The Projects, once completed, will supply power to 84,000 Households and will prevent the release of the equivalent of around 100,000 tons of Carbon to our Atmosphere per Year

April 4, 2023:Allowing EDCA is a Mistake, it is a PROVOCATION to China” – Chinese Experts
Several Experts from China itself said that allowing the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) Camps in the Philippines was a mistake and that it is a Provocation to China. Here are some selected Excerpts:
* “Definitely, 100 percent provocation … He (refering to President Bong Bong Marcos) is wrong" said Professor Hu Bo, the Director of the South China Sea Probing Initiative (SCSPI)
* “The designation of new EDCA Sites invites Arms Race in the Region and also [will] lead to misunderstanding. For me, it's quite clear. It's kind of [a] provocation to China", said the Assistant Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University

March 28, 2023: A nice Article by The Manila Times on the introduction of Chinese-made Cars into the Philippine Market
The Manila Times made a Feature Article on the China-made Cars that are in the Philippine Market right now like Jetour, Great Wall, Hongqi, GAC, Chery, Geely, MG, Maxus, etc. The Cars are notable for them being cheaper than the Car Manufacturers of other Countries but still offering pretty good quality

March 24, 2023: Chinese Research Organization says China could consider the Philippines a Hostile Country because of the presence of US Bases
An Article written by the Director of the Research Centre for Asian Studies (RCAS) that is based in China says that the American Military Bases in the Philippines could cause a Setback in Philippine-China Relations and may even lead to China considering the Philippines as a Hostile Country. Quoting from the Article: “If the Philippine-U.S. defense cooperation is highly targeted, especially if it involves the Taiwan Strait, China will definitely consider it an unfriendly act and take counteractions”

March 24, 2023: Chinese Diplomats just officially expressed their Strong Opposition to the existence of US Military Bases in the Philippines Chinese Diplomats have now reportedly recently just officially expressed their Strong Opposition to the Military Bases in the Philippines which were given to the Americans for free as per the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA). This Position by China is important as it could have Long Term Consequences in the Relations between China and the Philippines. Remember this Event in the next succeeding Weeks, Months and Years when its Consequences start becoming evident

March 23, 2023: BBM still expecting Chinese Investments, most of which may not come anymore because of the US Military Bases in the Philippines. BBM should ask US for Investments instead
President Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) is still expecting Investments from China to the Philippines despite the reactivation, acceleration and expansion of the American Military Bases in the Philippines as per the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA). Frankly Mr. President, I don’t think that most of those will be coming anymore because of EDCA, but I suggest that you ask the Americans for Investments instead since they were gifted so many Military Bases here in our Country basically for free, without even an Annual Rent

March 7, 2023: Chinese Pres. Xi Jinping publicly accuses the U.S. of Containing, Encircling and Suppressing China
So China’s Foreign Minister just warned the United States (US) of a possible War, and now no less than China’s President Xi Jinping himself accused the US of Containing, Encircling and Suppressing his Country. Quoting what he exactly said: “Western Countries led by the United States have implemented all-round Containment, Encirclement and Suppression of China …”, and that China must, "... have the Courage to fight as the Country faces profound and complex changes in both the Domestic and International Landscape"

March 7, 2023: China’s Foreign Minister just publicly warned the U.S. there will be Conflict if it continues to antagonize China
In what could be the strongest Warning so far from China, their Foreign Minister Qin Gang just publicly warned that there will be Conflict or WAR if the United States (US) continues to antagonize his Country. Here is a Quote of what he exactly said: “If the United States does not hit the Brake, and continues to speed down the wrong Path, no amount of Guardrails can prevent Derailment, which will become Conflict and Confrontation and who will bear the Catastrophic Consequences?

March 5, 2023: China increasing its Defense Budget due to “Escalating Threats from Abroad
China is increasing its Defense Budget for this Year to Cny 1.55 trillion (Usd 225 billion assuming an Exchange Rate of Cny 6.87 per Usd) because, as per Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, "External attempts to suppress and contain China are escalating." For comparison, our Defense Budget for this Year is at only Usd 4.28 billion, which is around 52 times less than that of China’s

March 2, 2023: Initial export of Durian to China expected to reach Usd 150 million or Php 8.3 billion
The initial export of 50,000 metric tons of Durian Fruits to China is expected to reach as much as Usd 150 million (or Php 8.3 billion assuming an Exchange Rate of Php 55.33 per Dollar). This is just a Sample of the Economic Benefit we can expect to get in having Good Relations and Trade with China

February 25, 2023: A short Introduction to BYD, the Chinese EV Company that lists the Philippines as possible Site for its next Factory
To those who are not familiar with the Chinese Company BYD Company Limited, it is a Company manufacturing Electric Vehicles (EV) like the American’s Tesla Incorporated. There are, of course, a lot of those types of Companies in China now, but BYD is one of the bigger ones, and they have been branching out internationally also. They would’ve been a good fit for the Philippines, but for me I would consider their prospects of building a Factory here now to be behind that of Vietnam and Indonesia. Meanwhile, no news whatsoever lately of any American Companies putting up Factories here in the Philippines

February 23, 2023: Durian Exports to China to push thru starting March 2023 which will greatly benefit Mindanao
Great that despite the ongoing tension between the Philippines and China due to the reactivation, acceleration and extension of the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) between the Philippines and the United States (US) the export of Durian Fruit to China is at least continuing, with an initial Volume of 7,500 MT to be exported starting March 2023. This will greatly benefit the Economy of Mindanao, particularly of Davao City as that is where most of the Durians will be coming from

February 23, 2023: China creating the Pinglu Canal that will help increase Trade between them and SEA Countries
China is creating a man-made Canal that will link their Province of Guangxi directly to the Beibu Gulf, and this ultimately means better Trade between China and its South East Asian (SEA) Neigbors because of the savings in time and money. The Canal is 135 km long, costs Usd 10.5 billion to build and will cut Travel Time by 10 days from the Beibu Gulf to Guangxi, saving up to Usd 750 million in Transportation Cost per Year. It is set to be completed by 2026

February 23, 2023: While the US Tesla is set to build a Factory in Indonesia, China’s BYD is at least considering the Philippines for its new Factory
While the American Company Tesla Incorporated is set to put up a Factory in Indonesia, the Chinese Electric Vehicle (EV) Company BYD Company Limited is at least considering the Philippines also for its new Factory, along with Vietnam and Indonesia. But after seeing the number of American A$$ Kissers surrounding Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) right now, I doubt if China will indeed set up here, I think they will likely go to Vietnam. In the meantime those American A$$ Kissers should convince their Masters to put up a Tesla Factory in the Philippines instead

February 16, 2023: China-donated Patrol Boat rescues Speed Boat off the Coast of Cebu
The Patrol Boat (PB359) of the 5th Patrol Boat Division of the Philippine Navy (PN) that was donated by China responded to a Distress Radio Call by the Speed Boat named “Lady Annie” with three People onboard off the Coast of Talisay Point in Cebu. The Speed Boat had suffered Engine Failure resulting in it unable to move. PB359 then provided Assistance to its Crew and towed the Boat back to safety. If it can be recalled, an Official of the PN anonymously criticized the Boat as being, “Just for Show by China” to the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) several Years ago after it was donated by China

February 20, 2023: To Sec. Manalo: Daily friction with China is because we have a dispute with them in the SCS, no friction with Malaysia because you refuse to dispute Sabah with them
To the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Enrique Manalo who proclaimed to the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) that China is harassing the Philippines daily, the Reason for the frequent Friction with China is because the South China Sea (SCS) is DISPUTED, which means in Filipino, PINAGAAGAWAN. You don’t experience that with Malaysia because you are not disputing Sabah as hard as you are disputing the SCS, and I wonder why. Is it because the US wants to fight China, but will never help us with Sabah? That is the Question

February 17, 2023: Chinese Ambassador proposes Hot Line between the Defense Establishments of the Philippines and China, will the Pro-US People in the BBM Government allow it?
A great initiative by the Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian proposing the installation of a Direct Line between the Defense Establishments of China and the Philippines to help reduce tensions in the South China Sea (SCS). I hope that the Department of National Defense (DND) will agree to this despite them seemingly being more leaning towards the United States (US), and despite the Pro-US Advisers that are constantly whispering to Bong Bong Marcos' (BBM) Ears against China

February 16, 2023: Americans and Filipino Kissers of their A$$es criticize Chinese Ambassador’s Courtesy Call to the AFP
And right on cue, the Americans and the Filipino Kissers of their A$$es have started attacking the recent Courtesy Call of the Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to the point that the AFP has now has had to “apologize” for it, saying that it has been “scheduled long ago”. And since the Americans and the Filipino Kissers of their A$$es have been able to intimidate the AFP into apologizing, then it is unlikely that the proposed Military to Military Exchange between China and the Philippines will prosper

February 15, 2023: "Marcos Jr.’s EDCA moves disappointing, leaning towards US evident" – The China Communist Party's "Global Times" News Publication
The “Global Times” News Publication which is owned by China’s Communist Party has started to take note and express disappointment on how the Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) is now leaning more towards the United States (US). Quoting from the Article, “As for the Philippines, Marcos Jr' recent moves are a bit disappointing. Even though his foreign policy can still fall into the framework of balanced diplomacy, the tendency of leaning toward the US has become a bit evident

February 15, 2023: Chinese Ambassador visits AFP to discuss Military to Military Exchange, hopefully it will Prosper
I think it is great that the Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines recently visited the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to discuss possible Military to Military Exchanges. On the one hand I hope that it will indeed prosper, but on the other hand I am a bit skeptical since we all know how Pro-United States (US) the AFP is, and they are even proud it. Also, the Americans and their Filipino Dogs will be criticizing and sabotaging such Exchanges. Anyway, I still wish the proposed Exchanges to succeed, and that it starts happening soon

February 14, 2023:Lending itself to US Cause will be a Curse for the Philippines” – Editorial by another Chinese Communist Party Publication, the “China Daily
Another News Publication of the Chinese Communist Party, the “China Daily” released an Editorial urging the Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) Administration to resist American influence in its Foreign Policy decisions. Quoting from the Article, “Experience shows that the Wounds caused to Sino-Philippine Relations by what is a De Facto Shipwreck (referring to the BRP Sierra Madre) remain generally tolerable. They only fester when Washington wants to turn the screw on Manila, as is the case this Week.

February 6, 2023: The Philippine Branch of the Chinese Car Manufacturer “Geely” greatly increased it Sales in 2022, and are now number 8 in the Philippines
So glad to see that the Chinese Car Brand “Geely” increased its Sales in the Philippines by an incredible 52%, selling 9,302 units in 2022 bringing them to 8th overall in terms of ranking in the Philippine Market. If you are in the Market for Cars, you might consider the “Geely Philippines” Brand, they are known for the good Quality and High-Tech Features on their Model Cars. I plan to post some Videos of their Car Features later so you can see just how “High Tech” their Cars are. I have no connections with Geely, nor have this been endorsed or sponsored by Geely in any way, by the way

January 30, 2023: One of China's biggest Construction Firms, the China Communications Construction Co. Ltd (CCCC) conducted a Courtesy Call to President Bong Bong Marcos (PBBM) recently to PROPOSE the construction of a 270 km Highway from Laoag City in Ilocos Norte to the Municipality of Rosario in La Union. Again, right now this is just a PROPOSAL, but I hope that PBBM accepts it. After all, you don’t see our supposed “Ally” the United States (US) making any such Proposals. Perhaps the only “Proposal” the US can give to the Philippines now is how often more their Filipino Dogs can kiss their A$$es, LMAO. This Project if it pushes thru with China should be done in Stages though, make sure one Stage is completed before moving on to the next

January 30, 2023: The Chinese Company First Highway Engineering Co. Ltd. (CFHEC) together with some Philippine Companies will be building the 12 km long Lapu-Lapu Expressway (LLEX) which will connect the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway to the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The Bridge will cost Php 24.8 billion (or Usd 450 million assuming an Exchange Rate of Usd 1 = Php 54.77), will have four Lanes and will be able to handle up to 50,000 Vehicles per Day. Construction is expected to start in September of this Year of 2023 and will be completed by 2025

January 24, 2023: At least 62 Fruit Farms in Davao is set to start delivering this Year of 2023 to China their “Puyat” Variety Durians which will be a huge help to not only the Economy of Davao but of the Philippines as well. Around 52,000 metric tons of Durian is expected to be exported to China for this Year alone worth around Usd 150 million (or Php 8.2 billion assuming an Exchange Rate of Php 54.63 per Dollar) which will generate around 10,800 Jobs for Filipinos. Now, what about our “Ally” the “Yu-Ez-Ey”, what are they buying new from us this Year, hmm? Filipino Kissers of American A$$es, Pasok!!! LMAO

January 21, 2023: While his American Teammates (the United States is supposed to be our “Ally”, remember) at the Bay Area Dragons Basketball Team chose to go to Bali, Indonesia for their Vacation even if they were already in the Philippines, the Chinese 6’9” Forward Zhu Songwei chose to spend his Vacation in Palawan instead. ‘Xi xie ni’ (thank you), Zhu Songwei

January 20, 2023: Despite the fact that the Binondo-Intramuros Bridge has already been completed, improvements are still being made on it, like the addition of three Pedestrian Stairs and a Linear Park. The Bridge was DONATED by China to the Philippines and for me is the Symbol of the Friendship between the Philippines and China during the Administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte. What about the United States (US), what are we getting from them? More of their Naval Ships being named after AMERICANS with Filipino Descent? LMAO

January 20, 2023: China’s State Council (equivalent to the Cabinet Government in the Philippines) has just approved the construction of a China-Philippines Demonstration Park in the City of Zhangzhou in the Province of Fujian to promote Trade between the two Countries. Indonesia will also be getting a China-Indonesia Demonstration Park in the same Province. What about the Philippines’ “Ally” the United States (US), are they building a Demonstration Park also in any of their Cities for the Philippines, hmm? LOL

January 11, 2023: So, while our supposed “Ally” the United States (US) is moving its Companies to Vietnam and Indonesia instead of the Philippines, it is the Chinese Companies who are putting up Companies here, like the Chinese Company Jiangsu Fengchuen New Energy Power Technology Co. Ltd. who, together with a South Korean Company is planning to set up an Electric Vehicle (EV) Manufacturing Plant in Bacolod City. Representatives from Jiangsu Fenghchuen had also already made an Initial Visit to the City for the planned Manufacturing Plant. And yet despite this, ‘Tsina pa rin daw ang Kontrabida at Amerika ang bida. Pwe.’ (China is supposed to be the “Villain” and the US the “Hero”)

January 5, 2023: President Bong Bong Marcos’ (PBBM) recent State Visit to China has secured Business deals worth up to Usd 2 billion for the Export of Philippine Fruits like Durian, Coconuts, Bananas and others to China. What about our “Ally” America, ‘aber? (I am calling on America, kindly move the Glass to let us know your Presence here. Or maybe they are too busy putting up their Companies in Vietnam whose Government is Communist, Authoritarian and with no Freedom of Speech or Expression?)

January 7, 2023: The Philippine Company SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation and the Chinese Company Baowu Group Zhongnan will be putting up the Philippines' first Liquid Steel Plant worth Usd 1.5 billion. So how about our "Allies" the Americans, aber, what have they done for our Country in terms of Investments? Or they would rather go to Vietnam instead of the Philippines like what the American Company Apple Inc. did?

January 2, 2023: Some nice Reminders to President Bong Bong Marcos (PBBM) on his upcoming State Visit to China. Quoting from the Article: “Marcos, on the other hand, should order his Military Top Brass to just stop its habit of screaming to Media every time it is told — by US Intelligence Agencies — that Chinese Vessels are intruding into Philippine Waters, as it has happened several times that such Ships are Fishing Vessels not just of the Chinese but also the Vietnamese.
