Mosul (2020) Movie Review

I rarely make Movie Reviews for this page, but I decided to do one now because I found this one to be quite exceptional. First of all this is not your typical Western War Movie, most if not all of the Actors and Actress seem to be Arab or at least of Arab descent.

It has more of an Arab perspective, and the Dialogue is available only in Arabic, so you will have to use Subtitles to watch it if you don’t speak that Language.

The Philippine Navy is finally unveiling Marcos’ Rocket Programs

The Bukang Liwayway Rocket Launcher. The Screenshot is from a Video of the mitch romero Account on Youtube.

A Facebook Page called Past and Curious (click here to access it) is now slowly unveiling facts about former President Ferdinand Marcos’ Rocket Programs by putting out Infographics about them every couple of Days.

Some of the Facts they revealed are different from the ones in the Blog I did (click here) about the Marcos Rockets back in 2015. Like the Diameter of the Bong-Bong II Rockets for example which I put at 152 mm but the Page says was at 180 mm.

Media Personality Jay Sonza posted on his Facebook Account recently about Russian-made Flanker Aircraft for the Philippines (see above, you can access it here). The post has since gone Viral with over 5k Reactions and 200 Shares, and I would just like to post my thoughts about it.

First of all I am not sure if he is just expressing his opinion that the Philippines should get nine Flanker Aircraft, or is he relaying News that the Philippines is planning to get such Aircraft? If he I relaying News, then he did not reveal the Source of his News.

Some very big News from the 15th Strike Wing of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) during their 47th Founding Anniversary as reported by the Inquirer News Publication.

You can also watch the Video of the Anniversary itself below which I highly recommend, the discussion of the Weapons starts at around the 1:22:36 mark:

More Pictures of the ScanEagle Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) worth Usd 14.79 million (Php 710 million at the Exchange Rate of Usd 1 = Php 48) that the United States (US) donated to the Philippine Navy (PN).

It looks like the donation is composed of two systems, with each system having four Drones, one Launcher, one Skyhook (for retrieval) and one Ground Control Station (GCS)

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said that the plan to acquire the PJ-10 BrahMos Missile from India is moving forward, but that funding for it has yet to be made available as of now.

He also mentioned that the Philippine Air Force (PAF) will be able to use them, so there seems to be a plan for the PAF to use it also.
